Returns & Replacements

Returns and exchanges are processed once they arrive our warehouse. If you returned an item, you will receive an email confirming a refund to your card. If you do not see a refund on your credit card within 2 weeks after you shipped the item back to us, please call us at 1-800-547-9812. If you desired an exchange, you will receive an email tracking number along with any credit card adjustments.
Please Note: For returns/exchanges you may send the item back to our headquarters and upon receipt we will send your replacement out -OR- You may prepay for the replacement unit to have it shipped out immediately. We maintain 99% of offered products in our own warehouse. This allows us to control inventory and quickly get product to our customers. Many companies hire fulfillment centers to store and ship product. We have researched this option and found it unreliable and too slow.
