Wholesale Eligibility Requirements Effective August 25th 2010
- You must be a: business owner, health store, clinic, health professional, educational institution, government agency, or a not for profit company. Anything other than the latter must be approved by Seeking Health, LLC on a case by case basis
- Please fax the following to: 888-681-8488 with ATTN: Wholesale Account Application on your cover sheet.
- Current Business License and/or proof that you are a legitimate entity
- State Resale Certificate (WA State only)
- Current wholesale account holders must keep your account with Seeking Health, LLC in good standing with no negative balances on file.
- We accept payments by: American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Check and Direct Deposit.
- Terms of Credit are not established at this time. Payment is required before product is shipped.
- Drop ship accounts are accepted. Please fill out the wholesale application and we will send further information.
- Selling on auction sites such as Ebay, Buy, Sears and Amazon is not permitted.
Wholesale Pricing and Wholesale Order Forms are sent after your wholesale account is approved.
