In order for your body to have healthy histamine levels, you have to provide very specific nutrients. If you are lacking in even just one nutrient, your histamine levels will be problematic for you.

Histamine is a compound that requires destruction by multiple enzymes. These enzymes require specific nutrients. Think of it like an assembly line. If one worker gets overwhelmed, or doesn't have the right tools for the job, everything gets backed up.

Suggested Use

As needed, take 2 capsules anytime of day or night. If you’re sensitive to niacin, take with food to minimize the niacin flush. Use before bed to support healthy sleep onset. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.†

Niacin Flushing: This formula contains niacin. When taken on an empty stomach, a healthy response to niacin supplementation may include mild blushing, warming, or tingling of the skin. This can appear on the ears, face, arms, torso, or occasionally on the legs. Commonly referred to as a "niacin flush", this harmless response normally dissipates within an hour. It is related to niacin's role in vasodilation (widening of blood vessels). Vasodilation leads to better circulation, capillary flushing, and increased blood flow to the surface of the skin. To minimize or prevent flushing, consider taking this supplement with food or in divided doses.†

    Works really well!

    This tremendously supports a healthy histamine response! I started out taking Histamine Block but decided to try this to help with environmental sensitivities as well. So glad I did! Supports both environmental and histamine responses brought on by food. Really makes an immense difference in the effects brought on by histamine sensitivities. I’ve been needing a lot of support for a healthy digestive system for several years and this along with a fairly low histamine diet is the only thing that has provided the support I need. I highly recommend!
