Who Needs B Complex MF

Have you ever experienced side effects from taking B vitamins? Like nervousness, headaches, or uncomfortable excitation? It could be related to the methylated nutrients!

B Complex MF is a potent B vitamin complex containing the 8 essential B vitamins, featuring non-methylated B12 and folate.

B Complex MF is an excellent option if you’re looking for a one-a-day B complex supplement free of methyl donors. This gluten-free formula is free from GMO markers. It provides more than 100% of the daily value for all eight essential B vitamins. The potent amounts are ideal for those who are deficient or require higher amounts of B vitamins. It can be a great boost to your daily multivitamin intake.

B Complex MF promotes healthy:

  • Energy production
  • Hormone balance
  • Positive mood
  • Nerves and brain
  • Red blood cells
  • Homocysteine levels
  • Immune system function

Some people experience nervousness, headaches, or rapid heartbeat when they take methylcobalamin and methylfolate. Yet, these active forms of vitamin B12 and folate are required for methylation, homocysteine recycling, and overall wellness.

(Wondering if you’re sensitive to methyl donors? This article will help you determine if you need methyl-free supplements.)

B Complex MF contains folate and vitamin B12 in non-methylated forms. It features folate as folinic acid and B12 as adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin. These methyl-free forms take a few additional enzyme steps before they become methyl donors.

Folinic acid (folate) is readily transformed into methylfolate (5-MTHF) in the body. Likewise, the ‘adeno’ and ‘hydroxo’ forms of vitamin B12 can easily convert to the active form of methylcobalamin. This slower delivery may provide comfort for those sensitive to methylated nutrients.

B Complex MF contains no:

  • Methylated B vitamins
  • Methylcobalamin
  • Methylfolate
  • S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe)
  • Choline
  • Inositol
  • Trimethylglycine (TMG or Betaine)

You should never feel wired, anxious, or nervous after you take a supplement. With B Complex MF, you can get your daily B’s without the unease!

Perfect B Complex

I've tried so many different b complex formulations, could not tolerate any of them. this one is by far the best! All the B's that I need in one small pill! So glad this blend was created! I was having to take 3 separate supplements to get what is in this one pill! ~Maria Anna P.

Key Ingredients In B Complex MF

  • Folinic Acid: A non-methylated form of folate (vitamin B9) that readily converts to methylfolate in the body. Folate supports healthy homocysteine conversion, DNA repair, methylation processes, and epigenetic expression.
  • Hydroxocobalamin & adenosylcobalamin: Non-methylated forms of vitamin B12 that readily convert to methylcobalamin in the body. They support healthy energy production, methylation processes, and detoxification.
  • Riboflavin: Vitamin B2 is a cofactor for the MTHFR gene, which produces the active form of folate. Riboflavin supports healthy MTRR and MTHFR enzyme activity, hormone balance, and nervous system function. Riboflavin also plays a key role in cellular energy production.
  • Niacin: Vitamin B3 supports healthy circulation, MTRR enzyme function, and energy production.
  • Vitamin B6: Pyridoxine as P-5-P supports healthy hormone and neurotransmitter balance. P-5-P is a cofactor for the CBS enzyme, which is needed for healthy homocysteine metabolism and glutathione formation.
  • Thiamin: Vitamin B1 supports healthy carbohydrate metabolism and detoxification.
  • Biotin: Supports healthy skin and nails.
  • Pantothenic Acid: Adrenal health support.

Why B Complex MF Works

Without B vitamins, hundreds of cellular reactions could not take place. Amongst many things, they are frequently used as coenzymes that facilitate the metabolism of food into cellular energy (ATP).

To make ATP (energy), your body must bring carbohydrates into the cell’s mitochondria. The body requires vitamins B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), and B7 (biotin) to accomplish this critical task.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) plays a key role in breaking apart fats to create fuel. Cholesterol, branched-chain amino acids, and certain fatty acids generate ATP with the help of B12 (adenosylcobalamin). In a nutshell, B vitamins help you maintain healthy energy levels in your body all day long.

When considering neurotransmitters that improve mood, we often think of serotonin and dopamine. Serotonin is derived from the aromatic amino acid tryptophan. Dopamine comes from the aromatic amino acid tyrosine. Both are called the "feel good" neurotransmitters. They rely on the same enzyme to be produced. That enzyme, aromatic amino acid decarboxylase, needs vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) to function. Vitamin B9 (folates) plays a role in lowering dopamine levels and increasing melatonin levels to promote normal, healthy sleep.

Whether your goal is supporting optimal energy levels, mood, or methylation, B vitamins play a huge role in achieving your goals!

B Complex MF is formulated to be free from methylfolate and methyl B12. This does not mean it goes without these two essential B vitamins! This product contains non-methylated folate in the form of folinic acid (calcium folinate). It also provides non-methylated vitamin B12 in two active forms, hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.

Your body converts these non-methylated forms into the forms required for methylation. For example, folinic acid undergoes three enzymatic steps before it is transformed into 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate). Adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin are both readily metabolized into cobalamin. The body uses this cobalamin to make methylcobalamin that is needed for methylation.

The additional enzyme steps slow the delivery of methylated nutrients to your system. This may reduce or eliminate side effects in those sensitive to methyl groups.

These methyl-free forms provide bioavailable and naturally occurring forms of folate and B12 that effectively support methylation, homocysteine regulation, and DNA repair.

Say goodbye to the side effects of methyl groups and hello to B Complex MF!

How to Use B Complex MF

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily with food or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Children and pregnant or lactating women should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.

Niacin Flushing: This formula contains niacin. When taken on an empty stomach, a healthy response to niacin supplementation may include mild blushing, warming, or tingling of the skin. This can appear on the ears, face, arms, torso, or occasionally on the legs. Commonly referred to as a "niacin flush", this harmless response normally dissipates within an hour. It is related to niacin's role in vasodilation (widening of blood vessels). Vasodilation leads to better circulation, capillary flushing, and increased blood flow to the surface of the skin. To minimize or prevent flushing, consider taking this supplement with food or in divided doses.

    Gave me panic attacks

This supplement made my anxiety worse and gave me a panic attack. I’m so confused at how to find the right B’s. I haven’t tried Methyl form because I heard it can increase anxiety in people with COMT and MTHFR

    Preferred B complex!

The B Compex MF is my most trusted B complex formula! Unfortunately is out of stock. Not sure what I’ll use while I wait for it. I suppose I’ll take both B Minus with the Hydroxo B12 with Folinic Acid.

When will it be back in stock?
