I purchase this product to See if I noticed any difference from my methyl b vitamins. I have a hard time ‘listening to my body’ in the first place, so with that being said I haven’t noticed anything yet. But I’d like to think it helps. I also haven’t taken it daily so maybe I’ll try that to see if there’s any noticeable changes.
