It's definitely an interesting product, and I'm glad I purchased it. It's a good interface into the mechanics of your own individual body, but it is a tremendous amount of information with jargon pretty unfamiliar to a music teacher like me (but Googling the terms help). Having this info throughout my lifetime will be very helpful, I'm sure of it.
An interesting take away: decades ago I realized that ginger causes depression in me, even though much of the internet says that it should do the opposite! Through my Strategene report I learned that I have a gene on my serotonin receptors that is slowed down by ginger. So it's pretty amazing to have that confirmation.
One downside, I have noticed something that bothers me. Recently I realized that my body does not make much glutathione, which has been a truly epic problem for me. I have the GCLC/M gene, and learning about this gene is a critical part of why I purchased Strategene. Unfortunately there is no info about this gene in my report, and yet I noticed that in one of Dr. Lynch's YouTube videos about NAC he has this same gene and yet his report has the information about it! It would be nice to get an explanation as to why it wasn't included in my report, and to acquire that missing info.
