Perfect B Complex

I really appreciate having this product. It has a broad spectrum of b vitamins but in very low doses. I used to have trouble getting the right amount but this has solved that problem. I only need this 2-3x because I eat well but I give one to my son every day as he doesn't eat that well 😉. Great product!

Methylation is a critical biochemical reaction happening constantly in every cell of your body. On the cellular level, methylation is the process of transferring a methyl group (CH3) to a molecule. This activates the receiving molecule so your body can use it.†

Amazing product

i m happy i discovered this product mostly because it has a broad spectrum of B vitamins but in very low doses even if the pill is a little bit too large

Better energy

I have extreme fatigue most days. And if I don't take this, I know it. I can get through most of the day without crashing. Now if I could only stop the cravings!!

Sooooo good!

I love these tablets especially when I am hiking or doing any sort of high-energy activity. I simply take a piece of the wafer and within minutes feel energized! I always have them with me!
