I cannot be without them. They help with the side effects of taking Methylfolate, which is no fun!! This type of B12 is the one for me.
Hydroxo B12 by Seeking Health provides 2,000 mcg of hydroxocobalamin in an easy-to-deliver lozenge form. Not only does hydroxocobalamin easily convert to methylcobalamin (a coenzyme form of B12 utilized within the body), but it is also well tolerated by individuals who have trouble taking "pre-methylated" B vitamins. It may also have the unique benefit of helping to support healthy cellular detoxification. This makes it a great option for individuals who are looking for a non-methylated alternative to the more common cyanocobalamin form of B12.*
Vitamin B12 is required for proper red blood cell formation, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. Vitamin B12 functions as a cofactor for methionine synthase and L-methylmalonyl-CoA mutase. Unlike cyanocobalamin, which consists of cobalamin (B12) attached to a cyanide molecule, hydroxocobalamin does not contain any potentially harmful compounds that require additional processing for safe removal from the body. Hydroxocobalamin readily converts to methylcobalamin, an active “coenzyme” form of B12, without introducing additional methyl groups for "overmethylators" or those who are sensitive to methylated B vitamins.*
For another non-methyl B12 option, consider our Adeno B12. If a methylated B12 is needed, our Active B12 5000 provides a combination of coenzyme forms: methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.

Hydro I B12
I like to take Hydroxy b12 since it increases my energy but doesn’t cause me to over-methylate. My body is sensitive and only likes to take 1/4 tablet so I use a pill splitter to cut them. I take 1/4 in the morning and 1/4 of Seeking Health’s active b12 which mixes methyl and adeno. I like to take all three forms since they each work a little differently and do different things for the body.

A form of B12 my body can absorb
My doctor told me to buy this form of B12. In the past my urine was dark yellow whenever I took B12 because it was not getting absorbed properly by my body. This B12 is absorbed and my urine is back to its normal clear color.
