Who Needs Multivitamin Sensitive

Your nutrition should be customizable.

Do you require higher or lower amounts of key nutrients (like folate, B12, or vitamin D)?

Do you need to avoid certain nutrients (like calcium, iron, or iodine)?

Multivitamin Sensitive is a customizable multivitamin and mineral supplement. It is strategically formulated without certain nutrients to allow for their individual serving size customization.

Multivitamin Sensitive is ideal for those seeking high-quality, personalized nutrition. It is also great for people with sensitivities to particular nutrients. This formula is free from B12, calcium, copper, folate, iodine, iron, vitamin D, and vitamin K. This allows for customization of these individual nutrients to meet your unique needs.

Some nutrients are not well tolerated by those who are more sensitive, have high inflammatory markers, or certain health conditions. Multivitamin Sensitive makes it easy to avoid or customize your serving size of these nutrients.

For example, if you have a low-functioning thyroid, you may need more iodine than is typically found in multivitamins. Calcium has a mild effect on iodine utilization. Thus, you might prefer to supplement calcium away from iodine.

Likewise, inflammatory conditions or genetic variations may cause you to be more sensitive to minerals like iron or copper. In this case, you may need to avoid these nutrients altogether or require much smaller doses. No matter what your needs are, Multivitamin Sensitive is built to accommodate them.

This nourishing formula contains your essential daily vitamins, minerals, and trace elements similar to a multivitamin. However, it strategically excludes key nutrients so they can be easily avoided or supplemented separately.

Multivitamin Sensitive is FREE from:

  • Calcium
  • Copper
  • Folate
  • Iodine
  • Iron
  • Vitamin B12
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin K
  • Methylated nutrients

Multivitamin Sensitive provides 50 mg of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) per 4-capsule serving. This compound supports the body’s antioxidant and immune defense systems. It also supports cardiovascular wellness.

Powerful, adaptogenic herbs are included to support general wellness. They also support healthy stress and inflammation responses. These include ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng, and American ginseng.

Your nutrition and health needs are unique. Multivitamin Sensitive allows you to customize your nutrition to your individual needs. Combine it with high-quality folate and B12,gentle iron, or vitamin D3 + K2 to create your very own ‘made-to-order’ multivitamin!

Key Ingredients In Multivitamin Sensitive

  • Vitamins A, C & E: Essential vitamins that support antioxidant activity for healthy immune system function and oxidative stress responses.
  • Adaptogenic herbs: Ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng, and American ginseng support feelings of calm, a healthy mood, and a positive stress response.
  • Coenzyme Q10: A powerful antioxidant-like compound that supports healthy oxidative stress responses, immune health, and cardiovascular wellness.

  • Selenium: An essential mineral that supports healthy antioxidant activity and optimal thyroid function.

Why Multivitamin Sensitive Works

Multivitamin Sensitive is a high-quality and highly-customizable multivitamin formula. By excluding key ingredients, Multivitamin Sensitive makes it easy to cater supplementation to individual needs. At the same time, Multivitamin Sensitive provides herbs that support a healthy adrenal response and mood.

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter responsible for feelings of joy and calm. It can become depleted during times of stress and inflammation. Serotonin is metabolized by the MAOA, AANAT, and SULT1A3 enzymes. The speed of these enzymes increases in the presence of inflammation and stress (shown in orange). You can support a healthy response to stress and oxidative stress with adaptogens. Multivitamin Sensitive features the adaptogenic herbs ashwagandha, American ginseng, and Siberian ginseng.

Times of excessive stress, chemical imbalances, and nutrient deficiencies may alter normal cortisol secretion. Adaptogenic herbs work by supporting the normal secretion of cortisol.

Multivitamins are intended to cover multiple nutritional needs in a single, comprehensive formula. In the process, however, the serving size will be lower than if those nutrients were taken individually. Multivitamin Sensitive was designed to meet the needs of a multi while also providing the freedom to dose key nutrients separately. This formula is copper- and iron-free. It is also free from B12, calcium, folate/folic acid, iodine, vitamin D, and vitamin K. This allows for customization of these individual nutrients to meet your unique needs. If you’re looking for high-quality, personalized vitamins and minerals, look no further than Multivitamin Sensitive by Seeking Health.

Please note: the nutrients missing from this formula are required in optimal ranges for good health. Your test results can take the guesswork out of choosing the right vitamins and minerals for your body type and health goals.

How to Enhance Multivitamin Sensitive

1

Consider Pulsing

Dr. Ben Lynch recommends using certain dietary supplements based on your need for them. Start with a partial serving and increase slowly over time to the full serving, only if needed. When you start feeling good, consider reducing the serving size, skipping days, or pausing supplementation. Then take again when you feel you need it (stressful day, traveling, chemical exposure, etc.), hence "pulsing." Work with your qualified healthcare practitioner to determine what's best for you.

2

Pairs Well With

Active B12 with L-5-MTHF (methylated) or Hydroxo B12 with Folinic Acid (methyl-free), to provide essential vitamins B12 and folate. Vitamin D3+K2 Drops for immune system support and healthy calcium regulation. Optimal Iron if iron is needed, which provides Ferrochel® Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate, a well-tolerated form of iron.

3

Clean Your Genes

After years of suffering from unexplainable health issues, Dr. Ben Lynch, ND discovered the root cause - "dirty" genes. In his best-selling book, Dirty Genes, Dr. Ben Lynch describes the steps you can take to promote optimal epigenetic health. Ready to get started? Why is Multivitamin Sensitive missing key nutrients that most multivitamins have?

Multivitamin Sensitive does not contain some essential nutrients that are found in most multivitamins. This allows for individual customization of nutrients based on the needs of the person. The nutrients that were excluded may need to be provided in larger doses than those typically found in multivitamins, or they may be nutrients that some people are sensitive to taking.

Here are a few reasons for excluding the following nutrients from this formula:

Calcium: Many people prefer to take separate calcium supplements to meet their daily requirements. Others like to avoid supplemental calcium due to calcium metabolism issues or inflammatory conditions.
Folate & B12: Gene analysis or healthcare practitioner recommendations may call for higher levels of folate and B12 than are typically provided in a multivitamin. These two B vitamins were left out to allow for practitioners and individuals to cater serving size to individual needs.
Copper & Iron: Some sensitive people may not tolerate these minerals if they are in an inflammatory state or have been exposed to chemicals leading to cellular imbalances.
Iodine: While necessary for thyroid hormone synthesis, iodine can trigger inflammation and antibody production in sensitive individuals.
Vitamins D & K: Are often supplemented separately. These vitamins are often needed in specific serving size that are not met by most multivitamins.

Who is Multivitamin Sensitive intended for?

Multivitamin Sensitive is designed for those sensitive to certain nutrients, such as those with thyroid, adrenal, inflammatory, or gut health concerns. It is ideal for those who wish to customize their nutrient intake.

Multivitamin Sensitive is strategically free from folate, B12, copper, iron, iodine, vitamin D, vitamin K, and calcium for those that desire individual customization of these nutrients.

Multivitamin Sensitive features adaptogenic herbs to support healthy adrenal and stress responses.

Multivitamin Sensitive is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and soy-free. It is free from common allergens, artificial colors/flavors/preservatives, and GMO markers.

Didn’t realize what I was missing!

Years ago I did Nutrahacker and went down the MTHFR rabbit hole, only to find (mostly thru expensive trial and error) that due to other genetic SNPs and interactions, I am one of the sensitive individuals that does not tolerate synthetic forms of b-12 or folate well, methyl or otherwise. I did try the older version of this product about five years ago and found the dosage too high; I experienced the niacin flush and could not tolerate. After feeling a bit tired and fatigued for some time, I knew I was missing nutrients from my diet but not sure what and decided to try Multi Sensitive again. I am so glad I did! I love that I can better control my dosage, and I find that I only need one or two a day to get what my body has been missing. Taking this with grass fed beef liver capsules and iron (I’m anemic), a good greens powder and making sure I get plenty of good leafy greens in my diet is a home run for me. I take them in the morning as I do get a burst of energy that helps me focus during my work and power through the day. I hope this formulation is here to stay!

Just the vitamin I was looking for

I haven't taken them for very long, but I needed a vitamin that doesn't contain B-12. I take other products by Seeking Health and have confidence that most things from this company will be worth the dollars spent.

So far, so good

I started taking this particular multi when I did a search for supplements to support thyroid on the site. This one came up and I decided to gave it a try. I think I'm on my second or third bottle at this point. I am hypothyroid and have had some adrenal issues so thought I'd try this to see. I was also using their adrenal support and really liked that. Because I'm in the experimenting stages with this and the adrenal support it's hard to say what is what. But what I will say is I completely trust Dr Lynch and the Seeking Health line 100% and that's why the five stars. My Naturopath said she was glad to see I had switched to this brand as you can see in the photo most of my supplements are this line :)
