How to Use Optimal Multivitamin Powder

Suggested Use

Blend, shake, or briskly mix one scoop of Optimal Multivitamin Powder daily in filtered water or beverage of choice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Alternatively, you may divide the dose, ½ scoop twice daily, in the morning and afternoon. Adding organic fruit, berries, leafy greens, healthy oils, or chia seeds provides additional nutrition and taste. Do not take within five hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Dissatisfied with new formula

I've been using this powder for the last seven years, coming to depend on it to support my overall health, but they recently revised the formula and it greatly reduced the quality of the product. For those of us with food intolerance and sensitivity, which I believe is a large portion of their customer base based on the work of Dr. Lynch, the new version causes significant issues. Use of a coloring agent is adding an unnecessary chemical into the mix. Also, having to use more powder to get the same amount of vitamins and minerals implies that there is more filler. I loved this product before the changes, but now I cannot use it. If you have any food sensitivities, I recommend going with another multivitamin.

OPTIMAL MULTIVITAMIN POWDER - CHERRY

I have used this product since I found out that I have the genetic mutation - MTHFR - compound heterozygous 1298 and 667. It is not only delicious but works incredibly well for me. I like that if I feel I have eaten particularly well I can use less than one full scoop. It is very economical and I feel that I am doing the very best for my health and genetic profile by using this wonderful product. I would urge anyone who has methylation issues to try this. I love it and will use it forever. No switching for me.

Tooo sweet

I bought this for my husband so he has less pills to swallow. He says it is horribly sweet & will be lucky if he finishes the container. I know your trying to mask the vitamin taste, but way too much monk fruit sweetener. Unless you like really sweet koolaid, then this product isn’t for you. Won’t buy again.
