Why Optimal Glutathione Works

Glutathione is a tripeptide made up of three amino acids: glutamic acid, glycine, and cysteine. It acts as your body’s master antioxidant and is found everywhere–your liver, brain, heart, lungs, eyes, and beyond.^†
