I have used a liquid Vit A from another brand and I prefer the taste of the other brand over the Seeking Health brand. This has a carrot taste to it that I don’t care for. :(
Vitamin A Drops by Seeking Health are a vegetarian liquid supplement providing 1,507 mcg RAE (5,023 IU) of vitamin A per single drop. This important nutrient plays an essential role in healthy immune function and vision, normal growth and development, and the health of skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin A Drops can be taken by anyone wishing to optimize their vitamin A intake or requiring supplemental vitamin A, especially those who have trouble swallowing traditional pills or capsules.*
As a fat-soluble nutrient, vitamin A may be more difficult for some individuals to absorb than water-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble nutrients require a complex series of reactions, involving bile and pancreatic acids, enzymes, and transport proteins for absorption and utilization within the body. Unfortunately, these body processes may be less efficient in individuals with certain health conditions, and also depend on individual enzyme activity levels and dietary considerations. To support optimal absorption in light of these challenges, this product provides vitamin A in micellized form, using a unique process to create extremely small, water-soluble arrangements that may be more easily absorbed and assimilated.*
Vitamin A Drops can be conveniently mixed with foods or liquid and allow maximal control of dosing to meet individual needs. Each single drop provides 1,500 mcg RAE (5,000 IU) of vitamin A palmitate and 7 mcg RAE (23 IU) of beta-carotene (known as “provitamin A”), a phytonutrient with vitamin A activity. Carotenoids such as beta-carotene are the primary form of vitamin A found in plants. These compounds can be converted within the body into vitamin A as needed. On the other hand, preformed vitamin A includes retinol and retinyl esters (such as the vitamin A palmitate in this product), which naturally occur only in animal products. The vitamin A palmitate used in this product is synthetic and suitable for vegetarians.*

Don’t care did the taste
Vitamin A drops
Easy to take :)
Good form of vitamin A
I believe this works well, although I forget to take it every day, since I keep it in the fridge. I have ‘nt had labs, but my finger nails seem nicer. I don’t care for the carrot flavor, maybe he could add some ginger to disguise, lol. The taste takes me back to 4th grade and being forced to sit in the cafeteria until I ate 3 large bites of nasty cafeteria carrots. I sat, but never ate. Carrots need to be disguised for me to like them🤪. But knowing these are high quality and only one drop, I take them, and they last a long time.
Vitamin A Drops - 600 Servings
My primary eye problem has been dry eyes and was getting worse. So I purchased the Vit. A with hope they would improve my natural eye lubrication. I've only been using them a few weeks and have noticed improvement. Hope it continues to improve. The drops have an unusual flavor but not offensive and are very economical. Eyes deserve support even if you don't have dry eyes.
By far one of my most favorite products! Potent and easy to use.
