Suggested Use

With dry hands, add one scoop to a glass 1/4 filled (approx. 2 ounces) with purified water. Do NOT get the scoop wet. Allow to bubble for few seconds. Then fill glass to full 8 ounces.

Product will fizz less if water is cold, so you may want to add ice.

If you are excessively sweating or on keto diet, talk to your health professional about adding additional salt as needed. Always use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Do not store this product in direct sunlight or at high temperatures as these conditions may cause the powder to clump.

Bring back the old Regular Selzer.

Enjoyed the old formula of the regular selzer. Don't like the new formula as well, but I like the product...however, it's only offered sporadically and it looks like you're out....again. I'd like a reliable supply of it. The stevia flavored selzers are horrible. Please bring back the old formula selzer or at least keep the newer one in stock.

LOVE~

I've been getting leg cramp and when I drink this consistently and take 1magnesium capsule (from seeking health) it's eliminates the cramps completely. The flavor is fine but I'm excited to try it with monk fruit versus stevia. I just prefer monk fruit. Keep in mind, most liquid vitamins disgust me and these flavors are great!

A Little Heavy on the Fizz

I bought this for my daughter, but she refused to drink it because of the "fizz." So, I bought her a different brand and am trying to finish this off myself to avoid waste. I am not fond of the "fizz," either. Also, it has hardened into a solid clump, even though I was very careful not to introduce moisture into the container. I literally have to chip away a section with a knife to use it. The electrolytes themselves are probably healthful, but I'll be switching to my daughter's electrolytes when this container is finished.

I won't be without this

This is my favourite supplement and I won't ever be without it. It really makes you feel better instantly and quenches my thirst like no other. I don't have to constantly pee small amounts anymore either. I love the orange and lemonade.
