I didn’t realize I was a overly stressed out. I worked 40hr work week. (4 10hr shifts 3 Days off) isn’t this considered Adulting?? Being a working mom??
I thought I was able to survive through it all on 4-6 hrs of sleep a night. I now understand that my “idea of survival” was to drink more triple shots of espresso drinks, candy bar, cookies during the day to stay awake and after work if I had a lot of things to get done.

Luckily my Functional Medicine Doctor that diagnosed me explained adrenal fatigue to me and the importance of supplements, lifestyle changes and sleep.
My doctor then shared Dr. Ben Lynch and his “Dirty Genes Book”
I have learned so much on his Utube videos, webinars, emails, and site on how to recognize when my genes get dirty and what supplements they need for help.
I have tried several other supplements and brands to help support my Adrenals.
I have noticed
with Seeking Health’s “Optimal Adrenals” I have little boost of energy after I take them.
I can handle stressful and difficult situations.
I always have an extra bottle or two
as I plan on taking these these Optimal Adrenals when I need the extra support.
