Multivitamin One is formulated by epigenetics expert Dr. Ben Lynch. The unique formulation is based on supporting multiple enzymes in crucial biochemical pathways. Two critical nutrients in these pathways are the active and bioavailable forms of folate and B12.^†

It is estimated that over 50% of the population has a mutation in their MTHFR gene. Your MTHFR gene converts and produces the active form of folate (5-MTHF) from whole foods. However, MTHFR gene variations or lifestyle stress can slow down the MTHFR enzyme. This can lead to folate deficiencies.

You bypass the MTHFR gene by supplementing with the natural form of folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). This supports methylation by allowing folate to flow into the methylation pathway via the MTR enzyme.^†

Suggested Use
