Suggested Use

With dry hands, add one stick pack to a glass 1/4 filled (approx. 2 ounces) with purified water. Allow to bubble for few seconds. Then fill glass to full 8 ounces.

Product will fizz less if water is cold, so you may want to add ice.

If you are excessively sweating or on keto diet, talk to your health professional about adding additional salt as needed. Always use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Orange- great product good taste

Really enjoyed the electrolyte sticks, the stick form makes it really easy to take with you on the go. Work just like any other drink stick, it's just a premeasured powder in a convenient package.

It blends well in water, the fizz action helps that it seems. I have used a drink frother to speed up the process sometimes when I'm in a hurry, but it seems to blend well and doesn't leave a lot of chalky taste.

It's a great way to start a day without a caffeine crash.

Now it's gone... and I'm sad. Time to reorder!

I bought this for my husband and he likes it. I sometimes steal it and drink it myself. Tastes good and helps me stay hydrated as it is hard to drink plain water.
