    Keeping cool!

    The ice pack greatly improved recently when the aluminum bag was added to hold the enzyme carton plus the smaller ice pack. Although it really isn’t necessary in the winter, I am happy to pay for it year around just to make sure I have it when the temperatures rise (April through October). I feel safer knowing the enzyme is NOT denatured by the heat (temperatures ranging from 80 to well over 100 degrees F in the delivery vans and mailbox during the summer months.)

    Arrived next day unfrozen

    I ordered some probiotics with the ice pack on a Wednesday and they arrived the very next day on Thursday. The shipping was pretty fast however the ice pack itself was not cold whatsoever and the probiotics were actually warm. I have my doubts that the ice pack was ever sent frozen in the first place. I've ordered probiotics from other companies with ice packs that's lasted 4 or 5 days still being cold. The Seeking health ice pack didn't even last one day so that's kind of suspect. If you need your stuff cold don't order from here.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback! Our Probiotics are created to withstand 104 degree heat (F) for 6 straight days and still keep its potency and label claim.

    Our ice packs will always arrive melted as they are shipped in a typical corrugated shipping box.
