I have been using the 15 mg Zinc Lozenges for about a month. I take one lozenge in the morning. As suggested on the bottle, I bite it once and then let the lozenge dissolve in my mouth. I can't guarantee that I am getting any benefit from the lozenge, but I am grateful to not notice any significant ill effects from taking it. In particular, I have not experienced any stomach upset or nausea. The taste is very subtle and not at all offensive. The lozenges contain xylitol, which I believe is good for dental health. I appreciate the 15 mg dosage, as I have read that getting too much zinc can cause problems. I am happy with the lozenges so far and plan to continue using them.

The Only Zinc Supplement That Doesn’t Make Me Nauseous
Zinc has a tendency to be hard on my stomach, though I understand the importance of optimal zinc levels in the human body. This one doesn’t make me nauseous at all. Huge win.
It’s a capsule that is best absorbed in the body when you allow it to dissolve in your mouth. But not to worry - it doesn’t taste bad, at all! In fact, they have a slight fruity taste to them that’s quite pleasant. Makes it easy to take my zinc daily!
Love this and every other Seeking Health product.
