    This is something I used to take on a ND's recommendation, and recently started at the standard dose again. I can't say I have noticed anything particularly different when I take this one, but maybe I should experiment more with the dosage.

    Not So Quick to Get Irritated

    This has helped me so much. I’m in the change of life and taking this has really helped me to pause when I feel irritated and want to get upset. It’s almost like I am more aware of how I am feeling and can calmly think it through rather than just react. My husband also started taking it and it is helping him with his very stressful job as a VP of Finance for a public company. We are very happy!
