The Pathway Planner - StrateGene Version is now available in a full-size (24" x 39") laminated poster.
Now you can:
- Easily reference the most common clinically relevant biochemical pathways when reading through your StrateGene report or working on patient cases
- Understand the clinical implications of SNPs and subsequent increased or decreased enzyme activity
- See the connections between the four main pathways: folate, methionine, transsulfuration and biopterin
- Annotate and highlight with dry erase markers when consulting with individual clients - then erase and reuse as needed
What is the difference between this StrateGene Version and previous versions of the Pathway Planner Poster?
The biggest difference is that the pathways, including the factors that increase/decrease an enzyme, cofactors, and names of enzymes found on this poster mimic the ones found in your StrateGene report. This helps you easily locate genes on the poster, and study how they interact with each other. Note that the histamine pathway is not found in this poster - please purchase the Pathway Planner Download to see the histamine pathway. This poster is simpler than Versions 4 and 5 of the poster, just like pathways found on your StrateGene report.
What is included in the poster?
This educational tool provides addtional insights and information to use along with your StrateGene Report:
|Diagrams Included||StrateGene||Pathway Planner Download||Pathway Planner Poster|
