I was skeptical regarding the efficacy of taking Acetyl-L-Carnitine to alleviate the "hangry" feeling I was having attempting to live a life of intermittent fasting. I wasn't angry or grouchy but I was waking up every morning starving and I was tired of it. I am always up for an experiment, so I ordered the product.
I started taking one a day as Dr. Lynch recommended. The first day after starting nothing seemed different but I was thinking about it today. It's been a week and I'm no longer hungry all the time. Lunch is still around 11:30-12:00 most days and I am fine until then. I wish I could give you a scientific explanation but a simple one will have to suffice. It works.
