    confusing

    This book has ALOT of info which is good...but... It is very confusing for a normal person. Be prepared to reread a few times. I am still trying to comprehend it.

    Life Changer Book

    Excellent book that explains complex genes in simple layman's words. Has really helped me to try to turn off and on particular genes. Dr Lynch is a genius. Every doctor should be required to read this and relate this info to their patients!
