How to Use Histamine Block Plus

Suggested Use

As needed, take 2 capsules anytime of day or night. If you’re sensitive to niacin, take with food to minimize the niacin flush. Use before bed to support healthy sleep onset. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.†

Warnings

Children and pregnant or lactating women should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use. This product contains an ingredient derived from porcine (pig). Avoid if allergic to pork or any other ingredient. Histamine Block Plus is not effective for symptoms of immune-related (antibody- or IgE related) food allergies, such as peanuts, shellfish, etc., or for gluten intolerance due to sensitivity or celiac disease.

Niacin Flushing: This formula contains niacin. When taken on an empty stomach, a healthy response to niacin supplementation may include mild blushing, warming, or tingling of the skin. This can appear on the ears, face, arms, torso, or occasionally on the legs. Commonly referred to as a "niacin flush", this harmless response normally dissipates within an hour. It is related to niacin's role in vasodilation (widening of blood vessels). Vasodilation leads to better circulation, capillary flushing, and increased blood flow to the surface of the skin. To minimize or prevent flushing, consider taking this supplement with food or in divided doses.†

    My "must-have" for seasonal and environmental sensitivities

    We are new to the Utah Valley area and my sensitivities this past spring/early summer really needed support. The air quality in the valley is quite poor, and my body just struggled, especially on the heels of a spring cold I caught. Many people here use fragrances indoors. I ordered the histamine block plus for support, hoping for something to help what my body was experiencing, and this supplement (in conjunction with halotherapy for bronchitis) got me feeling well. I personally see very quick support for symptoms - within 20 minutes I can breathe well, my eyes and sinuses feel clear.
