Suggested Use

With dry hands, add one stick pack to a glass 1/4 filled (approx. 2 ounces) with purified water. Allow to bubble for few seconds. Then fill glass to full 8 ounces.

Product will fizz less if water is cold, so you may want to add ice.

If you are excessively sweating or on keto diet, talk to your health professional about adding additional salt as needed. Always use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Took these to Switzerland

Perfect for travel. I love the electrolyte by seeking health. I tried dozens before but one really makes a difference for me.. clearer thinking, increased energy and the hydration I need to get me through the day. They are amazing.

Convenient!

I buy the canisters all the time but I wanted to be able to take these with me wherever I go. It’s easier to take a single packet than a big canister.
