    Healthy solutions

    I use them in the morning and can see the difference with my energy level. I do use the pulse method, recognizing I don’t need them every day.

    gives me energy

    This one seems to help me with energy. I like the lozenges for some reason. Wish the vitamin B lozenge would come back. PQQ causes a green tongue but I like it.
