Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (7:30 am to 4 pm PST). Most orders will ship the same day when placed by 12 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a regular business day.

Orders placed after 12 noon PST on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day (after the weekend or holiday).

Please note that orders placed using Overnight Shipping must be placed by 10 am PST for same-day processing with this shipping method.

Shipping during peak time may be delayed, and Seeking Health is not responsible for shipping/delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

For your protection and ours, it's important to be sure that credit cards are being used by their rightful owners. As a first time customer, it's possible that we may need additional information to verify that you are the account holder. Our customer service team will request additional information if needed. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

Standard Overnight Next Business Day Delivery by 3 pm to most locations*. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders must be placed by 10 am PST for same-day processing with overnight shipping.

* Residential and remote/rural locations may take additional time for delivery, allow until 8 pm for overnight delivery to remote locations.

Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfilment due to weekends or holidays. For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with 2 Day Shipping.

Estimated shipping timelines are estimations only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times. Seeking Health is not responsible for delays in delivery due to these circumstances or carrier error.

Free Shipping (Domestic Orders Only)

Retail Customers

Orders over $40 (before tax) shipped within the United States (48 contiguous states/APO/FPO only) are eligible for free shipping.

Wholesale Customers

Orders over $300 (before tax) shipped within the United States (48 contiguous states/APO/FPO only) are eligible for free shipping. Drop-ship orders (to clients) over $50 (retail value) are eligible for free shipping within the United States (48 contiguous states/APO/FPO only).

Note:
Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping options are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or for international orders (shipping outside of the USA). Flat rate shipping is not available for wholesale customers.

Carriers for Free and Flat Rate Shipping vary, and are selected based on weight and destination. Orders using these options may be shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx. We are not able to accommodate requests for specific carriers on orders using Free or Flat Rate Shipping options. If you need to specify your carrier, please select your carrier of choice at checkout. Shipping charges apply for your specified method.

Service Members: Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses receive free shipping and a free upgrade to Priority Mail service.

Holidays

Packages are not shipped from the Seeking Health Fulfillment Center on:
  • New Year's Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Christmas

USPS Shipping may be delayed on postal holidays in addition to those above:
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday (Third Monday in January)
  • Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)

Backorders

Seeking Health strives to ensure that all products are in stock and ready to ship out when you place your order. However, in the event of a stock outage, we will notify you of the backorder status of any of your ordered items. We are happy to send out any in-stock items you have ordered and ship the backordered item separately when it becomes available at no additional charge to you. If you prefer, we can also cancel and refund the backordered item or hold all items to ship together when the backordered item becomes available.

Please note that the Backorders Policy applies only to orders placed for out-of-stock items that appeared to be in stock at the time of purchase. The offer above does not apply to out-of-stock items displayed as out-of-stock at the time of purchase.

If an item is out of stock and you have not yet placed your order, we are happy to notify you via phone or e-mail once the item becomes available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Seeking Health is not responsible for lost packages sent without insurance or stolen packages. Most packages shipped using FedEx methods or USPS Priority Mail are insured.

A lost package is one that was misdirected, misplaced or lost by the carrier, and is not delivered to the shipping address.

A stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier, but is not physically received by the addressee.

For most carriers, claims may be filed on packages that are lost, but not those that are stolen. Monitoring your order’s tracking and delivery status can help you ensure that your package is successfully received upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs & Restrictions

We successfully ship international orders on time and without problem to many happy customers throughout the world.

Please familiarize yourself with your country’s policies prior to ordering. You can do that by contacting your country’s customs office and asking questions on their policies in respect to the products you would like to order. This will allow you to avoid delivery delays, high import duties, and even order returns. We appreciate your diligence in this aspect of international ordering as it creates an easier ordering and shipping experience for you.

Also, it is important to know of any personal purchase limits in place in your country. If your order exceeds the set limit, you will have to arrange for a broker to clear your order through customs at extra cost.

Restricted Items

Please contact your local authorities before placing the order if you suspect your country has specific restrictions related to an order you would like to place. This will avoid unnecessary added cost to you and get your product delivered in a reasonable fashion. Seeking Health bears no responsibility in tracking each country’s restricted items.

Refund Policies

Responsibility for all detained, impounded, delayed or returned to sender packages lies with the customer. Any import taxes/duties and brokerage fees are the customers responsibility separate from any order and shipping fees you pay to Seeking Health. It is the full responsibility of the customer to be aware of your country’s policies on the product ordered and prepared to handle through the import process.

Any orders returned or refused due to banned or restricted products, wrong address, refusal to pay custom fees, duties or taxes, or refusal to accept the order for any reason will be refunded the amount of the order less all shipping, duty, and tax fees. No refunds will be processed before we receive the returned package in our warehouse. If the package is seized by customs or the cost to return the product to our warehouse is higher than the cost of the refund due, Seeking Health will instruct the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be applied.

Declaration of Product Value

All orders will include full value minus shipping charges on the shipping label for compliance with international laws. Packages will never be listed as a gift.

Included on all invoices will be name, quantity and price of each product.

Shipping Charges

International orders are charged shipping costs based on weight and destination. Shipping methods will be offered once you have filled your cart and entered your shipping address.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please be aware that delivery times provided are all estimates. Times provided do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing and packaging (please allow 24-48 hours for packaging). Seeking Health will not consider an international package lost until 30 working days from date of shipment. Please allow this 30 day window to pass before requesting us to process a package as lost.

Important Information about International Shipping with USPS

  • USPS First Class Package International: Packages shipped with this method are NOT insured and CANNOT be tracked once they leave the United States. Seeking Health is not responsible lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to select a trackable or insured shipping method such as FedEx or USPS Priority, especially for larger orders.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: RECOMMENDED FOR FASTER DELIVERY. Packages shipped with this method ARE insured and CAN be tracked once they leave the United States. Claims can be filed for lost packages. Seeking Health is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Shipping times for USPS International tend to be longer than for FedEx International methods. When placing your order, please consider your needs for insurance, tracking and speed of delivery and select your shipping method accordingly.
