How to Use Skin Nutrients

Suggested Use

As needed, take 3 capsules with breakfast or lunch. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may keep you awake. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Note: For best performance, combine with Gallbladder Nutrients and ProBiota HistaminX.

Guidance From Dr. Lynch

Important: Skin Nutrients replaces your multivitamin, trace minerals and B complex. Unless advised otherwise by your health professional, stop using these.

Skin Nutrients purposely does not include certain nutrients as they are known to aggravate and promote unhealthy skin. These nutrients are vitamin B12, folate, biotin and B6.

Skin health is not achieved by putting stuff on your face.

That said, supporting skin health from the outside, and from the inside, is highly recommended.

When testing Skin Nutrients on teenagers and young adults, I did not ask them to change their diet or do anything else.

Most subjects reported very quick results. Skin showed a healthy tone and moisture levels. With that, they smiled more and had a brighter outlook on life.

This led to further motivation on their part to take steps to improve their skin even more.

Here are additional steps one can take to achieve healthy skin:

  • Chlorine shower filter: chlorine is damaging and drying to skin cells. Buy a chlorine shower filter and get it installed. You’ll also notice healthier hair from this. Change it out every 6 months.
  • Gallbladder Nutrients: healthy bile production and bile flow are incredibly important for healthy skin. Take 2 capsules before dinner. If you need more, take 2 capsules before lunch and 2 capsules before dinner. You want to have well-formed, easy to pass stools. Find the serving size that works best for you.

    ProBiota HistaminX: a healthy microbiome is a must for healthy skin. High histamine is associated with acne and skin issues (what isn’t high histamine associated with?). Take 1 capsule after dinner every night.

  • Optimal Fish Oil: take 1 capsule after dinner every night.
