    Very effective!

    When my undereye circles get dark and I feel a little more tired, I supplement with iron and it really helps. Love this has cofactors to maximize absorption, since iron is typically very difficult for the body to absorb

    No nasty side effects!

    I noticed in my second trimester I was starting to experience signs of anemia. Within a few days of taking this, I noticed a healthy response! I had put off taking an iron supplement throughout my pregnancy because I was worried about the side effects. But one of these a day was enough to keep my iron levels healthy without giving me nausea, heartburn or constipation. My doctor did originally want me to take 2 a day and after several days of doing that I noticed some constipation so I cut back to one and have been feeling great ever since! If I had realized this sooner, I would have definitely started taking it earlier in my pregnancy!
