Questions on Optimal Liposomal Glutathione - 4 ounce

- I believe you said that by taking glutathione your body would quit making it. Did I misunderstand?
Hello -
There are some individuals that do not make gluathione well due to various genetic mutations or severe nutrient deficiencies.
There are also situations that call for glutathione to be taken in order to heal faster.
I do not recommend taking glutathione long term for the general population - just like I don't recommend taking digestive supplements long term.
There is no absolutes in health and medicine -
You are correct - I did say in my presentation that I am not a fan of taking glutathione directly - I should have added the fact that there are times it is called for and it can make a dramatic life-change under the right biochemical conditions.

- Taking liposomal glutathione & lipodomal c together?11/23/12 3:01 PM
- Good idea or no? Would it be better to separate them in a given day, say the C in the AM and glutathione in the PM (or vice versa) ?
Thanks! Hello -
Biochemically and physiologically, I see no reason why you could not take them both at the same time.
You may experiment and see what works best for you.
You may find you do best taking the liposomal vitamin C three times daily while taking the liposomal glutathione only before bed. Or you may find you need the liposomal glutathione three times daily along with the liposomal vitamin C.
People typically feel a boost of energy following the liposomal vitamin C so I recommend not taking that within a few hours of going to bed. People do not typically feel a boost of energy from the lipsomal glutathione - they may feel clearer thinking or less sore - but not a boost of energy...but everyone is different :)

- Difference between..... 1/24/13 2:28 PM
- Hi
Other liposomal glutathione contain soy lecithin instead of phosphatidylchokine.... What is the difference between the two.? (example, the brand lipoceutal)
Thanks. Hello -
Soy lecithin contains SOME phosphatidylcholine whereas phosphatidylcholine is purely that.
Soy lecithin is inexpensive while phosphatidylcholine is very expensive.
Phopshatidylcholine is a superior lipid and used readily by our cells whereas soy lecithin has to be processed by our digestive system and metabolised into phosphatidylcholine.
It takes a lot of soy lecithin to make a little phosphatidylcholine.

- Hi
- how soy free is this?5/21/13 3:02 PM
- Hello,
I know this product is listed as soy free, but I was wondering if any soy or soy products are used in creating this product. In other words, is no soy used at all to create this, or is something soy used and then removed. If it is included and then removed, how is it removed and what amount of trace levels are left?
thanks! Hello -
Great question and I know what you mean.
This liposomal glutathione - along with our liposomal vitamin C and liposomal magnesium - are all made without any soy ingredients at all - none.
We only use certified non-GMO sunflower phospholipids are the base - no soy at all.
No soy ingredients in flavor or anywhere.
Nothing derived from soy and soy proteins processed out.
:)
