    Two natural folates are added by Dr. Lynch. There is no unnatural folic acid. L-methylfolate supports healthy methylation while folinic acid supports healthy blood cells, platelets, skin and neurotransmitters.†

    'Adeno' and 'Methyl' are known as superior forms of vitamin B12 that your body can readily utilize, acting as coenzymes to power important enzymes. Bioactive B12 supports healthy energy production, detoxification and is required to utilize folate for methylation processes.†

    The BEST prenatal on the market!

    I took Optimal Prenatal throughout my entire pregnancy and my hair and nails had never looked better!

    My hair grew easily 8-10inches and I had to clip my nails frequently because they grew SO fast. I continued taking this prenatal for several months during postpartum/breastfeeding and felt great,too. I tell everyone about this brand.

    Too many pills

    I’m glad to have a prenatal that is literally doing the most, but 8 capsules per serving is an absolutely ridiculous amount of pills to take in a day. I’m not sure I’ve ever completed the full 8-pill serving due to forgetting or accidentally waiting until I’m too close to bedtime, at which time they discourage you from taking it because it can “interfere with sleep”. It’s too much for me! I’m not sure I’ve been able to get the full benefits. I’m glad so many people love the company and the prenatal, but unfortunately I do not think this prenatal is for me.

    Great prenatal

    No nausea, great formulation, took with both my pregnancies and well into breastfeeding. Have recommended to multiple friends and family!
