Who Needs Gallbladder Nutrients

Bile is an essential aspect of overall health yet it is often overlooked and ignored.

Whether you had your gallbladder removed or not, Gallbladder Nutrients is designed to support healthy bile production and bile flow.*

If one does not have healthy bile production and flow, a plethora of issues occur.

Gallbladder Nutrients may be right for you if any of the following resonate with you:

  • I experience occasional bloating, gas, heaviness after meals especially meals with a lot of fat.
  • I have discomfort in my right side just under my ribs.
  • My tongue has a white, yellow, brown, green or geographic pattern to it.
  • I often experience really bad breath despite having very good oral hygiene.
  • Constipation affects me more than I like. I would like to have a healthy bowel movement every day.
  • My stool is hard to pass, floats, is light gray or light tan in color. I want my stool to look dark brown, be well formed and sink.
  • I have difficulty with sleep and I would like to sleep throughout the night.
  • I tend to be more irritable than usual. I would like to experience a healthy sense of calmness.
  • When I eat carbs or high FODMAP foods, I experience significant gas or bloating. Doctors say I may have SIBO. I would like to have a healthy amount of bacteria in my small intestine.
  • I experience periodic reflux and nothing has worked. I would like to experience digestive comfort when eating or not eating.
  • Full body itching doesn’t seem to go away no matter what I do. I would like to experience what it’s like to have healthy skin.
  • I struggle with various skin issues and blemishes. I hear that supporting a healthy digestive system is important for healthy skin.
  • My right shoulder and right scapula feel very tight all the time. I would like to see how I can have my right side feel healthy and relaxed.
  • I have little appetite, especially in the morning.
  • My gallbladder was removed and I still have issues with food and bowel movements. I would like to be able to eat healthfully and have healthy bowel movements.
  • Ever since my pregnancy, I’ve felt that my digestion, sleep, bowel movements and mood have been struggling. I’d like to experience a healthy mood, sleep and bowel movements again.
  • I am female, fertile, in my forties and a bit overweight.

Do you experience occasional bloating, heaviness, or pain in your upper right side after high-fat meals? These side effects can indicate low bile production or sluggish gallbladder function. Even with gallbladder removal, you may benefit from nutrients that support healthy bile production.

Gallbladder Nutrients is a powerful herbal formula that supports your liver’s bile production. It also promotes healthy bile flow from your gallbladder into the small intestine. In those with their gallbladder removed, it supports bile flow from your liver into the bile duct.

Bile helps to break down fats from food in the small intestine. Do you eat fried foods, foods cooked in oil, or foods with a high concentration of fats (like salmon or pork chops)? These high-fat foods can cause your gallbladder to work overtime in an effort to produce enough bile. Due to its ability to regulate which microbes can survive in the upper intestinal tract, bile also supports the healthy balance of microbes in your small intestines.

There are two primary concerns with bile. First, are you producing enough bile using nutrients like choline, taurine, and glycine? Second, does your gallbladder contract and empty itself when it needs to?

When bile production is reduced, it can lead to an overgrowth of small intestinal bacteria (SIBO) and an inability to fully digest fats. Likewise, if your bile function is slowed, it can impact fat digestion and bacterial balance.

Gallbladder Nutrients provides the nutrient building blocks you need for normal bile production. It includes herbs that support both healthy bile production in the liver and bile flow from your gallbladder.

Are you ready to feel great after enjoying high-fat meals? Support your intestinal and gallbladder health with Gallbladder Nutrients!

GallBladder help

I had my gallbladder removed 12 years ago. I've struggled with regular bowel movements and GI discomfort since, never making a connection. Last year I was diagnosed with SIBO after a year of debilitating GI symptoms. I seemed to do well after treatment but now a year later I'm back to not having regular BMs, discomfort, etc. I started taking gallbladder nutrients just in the morning before breakfast. I can tell you it has made a world of difference. With this on board I have regular, productive BMs which in turn eliminates some of my discomfort and other GI symptoms. Game changing supplement and I will have it well stocked from this point on. - Caitlyn D.

Key Ingredients In Gallbladder Nutrients

  • Glycine & Taurine: Provide the building blocks of bile salts
  • Betaine HCL: Supports stomach acid levels, which in turn supports optimal digestion
  • Choline: Supports phosphatidylcholine production (Bile is made up of mostly phosphatidylcholine!)
  • Burdock, Bupleurum & Dandelion: Support bile secretion and flow
  • Caffeoylquinic Acid (from Artichoke Extract): Supports liver function and bile secretion

Why Gallbladder Nutrients Works

All day long, your liver uses phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, taurine, glycine, and other ingredients to make bile. This bile is collected in a sac called the gallbladder. Here, it waits to be released. When you eat fatty foods, they signal cells in your intestines to release a hormone called cholecystokinin (CCK). Known as the bile-moving hormone, its name literally means chole (bile) cysto (sack) kinin (mover). CCK tells the gallbladder to release bile into the common bile duct. Ultimately, this bile enters the intestines just in time to mix with the foods that signaled its release. Bile acts as a detergent to break down large fat globules so they can be absorbed into the intestines.

Gallbladder Nutrients works by supporting multiple steps in bile and gallbladder health.

  • It provides the nutrient building blocks to make bile. These include choline, taurine, and glycine.
  • It contains herbs that support both healthy bile production and gallbladder function.
  • It provides digestive system support via betaine HCL, ginger, and peppermint.
Some individuals have issues with their PEMT enzyme being slow, as can be determined by the StrateGene® Report. Your PEMT enzyme helps to make phosphatidylcholine from SAMe. Phosphatidylcholine is a vital ingredient needed for bile. It makes up cell membranes, helps your liver break down fats, and supports healthy brain function. If your PEMT gene is ‘dirty,’ its activity is reduced, which may diminish your ability to make phosphatidylcholine. This can result in slowed bile production and impaired fat digestion.

Gallbladder Nutrients supports phosphatidylcholine production via methylation and by replenishing an important building block called choline. Traditional herbs are included to soothe the small intestine and support bile flow. The demulcent herbs, slippery elm and marshmallow, assist in maintaining a smooth intestinal lining. They also provide soluble fibers that can assist in the normal binding of excess cholesterol.

Gallbladder Nutrients is a unique gallbladder supplement designed to support complete and normal fat digestion. It also helps maintain balance in your small intestinal bacteria for optimal digestive comfort.

How to Use Gallbladder Nutrients

Suggested Use

For the first 3 days, take 2 capsules before dinner. Then, take 4 capsules in divided serving size before lunch and before dinner. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Note: This supplement should be used consistently for best outcomes. Stools should be healthy, sink and well-formed. If stools were initially too hard and became too loose, consider reducing the serving size or frequency of use. If stools are too loose and remain loose, consider continuing the full serving size. Adding the Optimal GI Plus and ProBiota HistaminX may be supportive.

Warnings

Consult with your healthcare professional prior to using. Do not use it if the inner tamper seal is damaged.

Dr. Lynch's Tips:

Use Gallbladder Nutrients at least a few days a week even if you are experiencing healthy bowel movements. It’s easy for your liver to be overwhelmed which then reduces healthy bile production and bile flow.

Taking 2 capsules before dinner is the best time to use it. If your meal contains a significant amount of fat, or you are following a ketogenic lifestyle, consider adding Ox Bile with your meals.

Ox Bile supports healthy fat digestion and healthy fat absorption.*

If you are pregnant, you cannot use Gallbladder Nutrients but you can use Optimal PC. Take 1 capsule of Optimal PC with dinner each evening to support a healthy gallbladder, bile production and flow.*

Gallbladder removed? Gallbladder Nutrients is even more important for you. Here’s why: Your gallbladder was removed because your bile production was likely too sluggish and your bile flow was even more sluggish. This led to cholesterol-based gallstones, pain and eventually you had to get your gallbladder removed.

While the removal of your gallbladder removed the pain and discomfort you had, it did absolutely nothing to improve the production of bile and the flow of your bile.

It is absolutely recommended you take 2 capsules of Gallbladder Nutrients before your dinner nearly every night of the week. This will help support healthy production of bile which, undoubtedly, has been an issue since before your gallbladder was removed.*

Results are typically noticed quickly.

Some people notice a worsening of constipation at first when starting Gallbladder Nutrients. If this happens, simply drink more water, and increase the amount of Gallbladder Nutrients you are taking. If you are just taking 2 capsules before dinner, then take 2 before lunch. If you already are taking 2 and 2, then consider switching to taking 4 capsules all at once before dinner.

As you are working to support healthy bile production and flow, it’s a good idea to reduce your intake of fat, nuts, seeds, oils, carbs and sugars. This way your liver can rest a bit while Gallbladder Nutrients helps your bile production catch up.
