    Will never be without!

    This is the only prenatal I have taken for the last five years. I wish so badly I had known better when pregnant with my first snd taken it back then. I also notice a huge difference in my energy and mental clarity when I make sure to take the full dose. I have gotten out of the habit at times taking my vitamins and felt tired, sluggish and not feeling like I can handle all of life's stresses as easily as they come. After just a few days taking the full dose of these again and I would feel amazing. Motherhood is hard on our bodies and mind sometimes. Having this has been a game changer with pregnancies, nursing and taking care of small children. Will never be without!
