What is the Seeking Health Rewards Program?

The Seeking Health Rewards Program is the loyalty and referral program for Seekinghealth.com. You can earn Points to redeem for discounts on your orders by signing up and making purchases on Seekinghealth.com, reviewing your favorite products, referring your friends, and for special milestones like birthdays.

Who can join the Seeking Health Rewards Program?

Any retail customer or Seeking Health member is welcome to participate in the Rewards Program.

If you already have an account at Seekinghealth.com, you are already enrolled in the Rewards Program.

Is there an enrollment fee?

No. There is no cost to enroll in the Seeking Health Rewards Program.

How do I join?

Simply create an account here, start making purchases, reviewing products, or referring your friends to Seekinghealth.com to start earning Points in the Rewards Program. See below for a complete list of earning actions.

There is no enrollment fee and no additional information is required from you to start earning Points once you create your Seeking Health account. If you already have an account at Seekinghealth.com, you are already enrolled in the Rewards Program.

How can I earn Points?

There are lots of ways to start earning Points. For every dollar you spend at Seekinghealth.com, you will earn a minimum of 5 Points. Points will reflect purchase total after any discounts have been applied, excluding taxes, shipping and handling. More opportunities to earn Points are as follows:

Register as a new Seeking Health customer: 1000 Points ($10)

Review a product: 200-700 Points ($2-$7)

Help a friend with a referral link: 1500 Points ($15)

Celebrate a Birthday: 500 Points ($5)

How can I spend Points?

Spend your Points on any order over $9 placed at Seekinghealth.com. Points can be redeemed in groups of 100 which is equal to $1.00 off of your purchase. Click the Rewards icon from any page on Seekinghealth.com and choose "All Rewards." Click Redeem, adjust the slider to the desired points to spend, and click Redeem again to buy your coupon code. Copy your coupon code and apply it at checkout. Note that your Points are only available to use when you are logged in to your account. Points may not be spent on shipping costs or taxes.

If you don't use your coupon code right away, don't worry! You will receive your code in an email, or you can find it again later under "Your Rewards" under the Rewards icon.

Note that only ONE coupon code can be applied to a single order at checkout. Rewards coupons cannot be stacked or used with any other coupon codes.

I don't see anywhere I can enter my Rewards coupon at checkout. What am I doing wrong?

If there is nowhere to enter your coupon code, check your cart - if you have any items set to Subscribe & Save (or Auto renew) in your cart, you will not be able to use Rewards points or coupons on your order.

TIP: You can easily tell if you are checking out with a subscription product by checking your URL - if you are at https://checkout.rechargeapps.com/... then you are on our subscription checkout.

Do you have a combination of one-time purchase and subscription items and have Rewards Points to redeem? Just place two separate orders: one for your Subscribe & Save and one for your one-time purchases. When you are checking out for the one-time purchases, you will see the option to enter a gift card or discount code just above your order total (or in the order summary up at the top of checkout if you are using a mobile device).

Can I use my Points with PayPal?

Yes! To use your Points when paying with PayPal, make sure to proceed to checkout (rather than clicking directly to check out with PayPal) to apply your Rewards discount code. Since PayPal completes your transaction away from our site before the discount code step in checkout, you won't be able to use your Rewards if you choose PayPal directly from the cart.

How do I get to my cart?

  1. Click the cart icon near the top right side of the page.
  2. Click "View Cart" or "Checkout."
  3. The area to add your discount code will appear on the right on a desktop computer or at the top, under "Show order summary" on mobile.

Do my Points expire?

Yes, Points expire after 6 months of inactivity. To keep your Points from expiring, simply log into your Seeking Health account and earn or spend Points!

How long does it take for my earned Points to reflect on my account?

New Points will reflect on your account balance once the earning action you’ve taken is complete.

Place an order: 1 business day - Once your order has been marked as complete and shipped from our system. If you cancel your order, your Points will reset to 0 earned and 0 spent on that order.

Register as new Seeking Health customer: Immediately - once your account is created.

Review a product: 1 business day - once your review has been approved by our staff.

Refer a friend: 1 business day after referral's first order - once your referral’s first order has been marked complete and shipped from our system.

How do I refer a friend?

You can earn points for introducing friends to Seeking Health in three ways.

First, log into your account. Open the Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of any page at Seekinghealth.com.

  1. Your Referral URL - Send your referral URL to friends or family via email, share it on social media or post it on your blog. Anyone who is new to Seeking Health who clicks your link and places an order counts as a referral. You will receive 1500 points when their first order is completed and shipped.
  2. Social Media - Click the Facebook or Twitter icons in the Rewards widget to share your referral URL with your friends or family on social media. If you are not already logged in to your social media account, you will be prompted to enter your credentials. Anyone who is new to Seeking Health who clicks the link in the invitation and places an order counts as a referral. You will receive 1500 points when their first order is completed and shipped.
  3. Send Email Invitations - Use our automatic referral system to send email invitations to your friends and family. You can enter as many names and email addresses as you like at once, just separate them with commas. Anyone who is new to Seeking Health who clicks the link in the invitation and places an order counts as a referral. You will receive 1500 points when their first order is completed and shipped.

**If your referrals are using private browsing or blocking cookies on their web browser, your Referral URL or invitation links may not be effective at linking their activity to your Rewards.

I get an error message when I try to send a referral invitation. Why?

If you are getting an error message when you try to send an invitation, the email address you entered may be invalid, contain typos or belong to an existing Seeking Health customer. Referral invitations can only be sent to valid email addresses. The automatic referral system will not send invitations to existing Seeking Health customers.

How can I earn Points for reviewing products?

Click “Write a Review” under the "Customer Reviews" tab on any product page to submit your feedback.

  1. You must be logged in to leave reviews!
  2. If you submit a text only review it is worth 200 points.
  3. Add a picture and earn an additional 100 points.
  4. Add a video and earn an additional 200 points.
  5. If you have a profile picture with your review, earn an additional 200 points.
  6. Your review could earn you 500 points total.

Once you have submitted a review please wait for us to check the review so we can approve it. Once approved your points will be rewarded for each review. Reviews are typically approved on the next business day after submission. You can earn Points for a maximum of 5 reviews per week.

I have enough points to cover my whole order but I still see a balance due. Why?

Points may not be applied to shipping costs or taxes.

What products can I use my Points on?

Spend your Points on any Seeking Health products. Points may not be applied to shipping costs or taxes. Points cannot be used on Subscribe and Save recurring orders. Points can only be used on orders $9 or over.

Are my points refundable?

If you paid for a product with rewards points and choose to return the product, the reward points will not be refunded. Any other payment forms will be refunded in full.
