Try Seeking Health with confidence.  Finding the right products to support optimal health can take time. Return any item shipped by for a refund or replacement within 60 days of receipt.

Requesting a Refund or Return

Before returning a product to us, you will need to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact Optimal Customer Support at 800-547-9812 ext. 1 or emailing

You can submit a return request online by logging into your account and clicking "Request a return" from your account dashboard or from any of your individual orders, or by clicking below. You will need your order number and email address.

Refunds are provided only for the price of the product on the original order and do not include shipping charges or coupons/discounts used at the time of purchase.
Virtual products including gift cards and memberships are non-refundable.
To receive a refund or replacement, your product must be shipped back to our warehouse unless an Optimal Support Specialist advises you to discard the unwanted product. Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by an Optimal Support Specialist.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Seeking Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
When returning products to Seeking Health, we recommend that you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number.
Return packages are received at Seeking Health during normal warehouse operating hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm PST.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Optimal Customer Service Support immediately. Provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, names and quantities of the affected items. We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

If the items you received do not match the items on your order, we will happily ship the correct items at no additional cost to you.
We may ask that you return the incorrect items to us using a prepaid return postage label.

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, we ask that you place a new order for the correct item and submit a RMA request for the item you bought mistakenly.

*Seeking Health reserves the right to deny RMA requests for fraudulent returns, orders delivered over 30 days prior to submission of the request, or at the discretion of our Optimal Support staff
