  • Cognitive function support such as clarity, focus, and learning
  • Stimulant-Free support for normal information retention and recall

Who Needs Optimal Focus

Stay sharp when you need it most.

Are you looking to support memory, learning, focus and normal information retention?

Optimal Focus is a stimulant-free supplement that supports healthy learning, memory, attention and concentration.

Whatever life stage you’re currently in, Optimal Focus may support you:

  • Child: supports focus and attention while learning
  • Adolescent: supports healthy memory recall, being calm during testing and exams, and avoiding overthinking
  • Adult: healthy mental clarity in decision making and memory recall

If you can relate to one or more of the following statements, then Optimal Focus may be helpful for you, or your kid, in supporting learning, focus, attention and/or memory:

Optimal Focus contains several researched ingredients which directly support the health of an important neurotransmitter. This neurotransmitter is called acetylcholine.

Supporting acetylcholine is essential for optimal cognitive health. Acetylcholine plays a vital role in learning and memory. It is important in the formation of thoughts, processing information, and organization of memory.

Optimal Focus may support healthy memory recall and mental clarity for:

  • students
  • teachers and professors
  • older adults
  • cognitively-oriented occupations such as accountants, writers, entrepreneurs, engineers, consultants, doctors, lawyers, assembly line, construction, directors, managers, chefs, servers to name a few.

While other focus supplements typically support just one area of acetylcholine, Optimal Focus supports three.

Optimal Focus is a synergistic blend of nutrients supporting acetylcholine in these three important areas:

  1. healthy production
  2. reducing break down
  3. supporting activation

Due to this complete approach to acetylcholine support, Optimal Focus may be the most comprehensive acetylcholine supplement available.

The nutrients in Optimal Focus work synergistically to support sustained, healthy focus and attention with none of the crash. It is a stimulant-free, caffeine-free and sugar-free brain health supplement.

Dr. Lynch recommends starting with 1 capsule. See how you respond and how long you feel the effects. You may still feel the beneficial effects the next day.

NOTE: I, Dr. Lynch, have been using Optimal Focus while writing this information out for you. I’ve been using just 1 capsule a day for the past 2 days. Today is the third day of writing. I’ve not taken any Optimal Focus today as I still feel the benefits from taking the 1 capsule from yesterday and day before. I’m giving my brain a day of rest. There’s no need to push your brain every day - and you shouldn’t.

Bring optimal focus back into your life. You have the opportunity to do so right now withOptimal Focus! We back Optimal Focus with a 60 day, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee. The only thing you’re at risk of is lack of focus.

Customer Review

Thanks for inviting me to try the Optimal Focus nootropic.

I’m a 50 year old man, fairly active, and almost always feel worn out - from work and life! As a Systems Engineer in the tech industry, I can say that having a product like yours in my desk drawer has helped me stay sharp, when I need it most. Technical / critical thinking are essential for nearly every aspect of what I do - on a daily basis.
While taking Optimal Focus – I kept a few notes to track my results. I took the recommended serving at the same time (during the work week, ~10 AM) and avoided caffeine for 4 hours. I noticed a change in my mental clarity that seemed to be lacking, with no adverse side effects.
Specifically: Focus. Technical thought and task-oriented activities seemed to be less mentally frenetic. Easier to stay on task / on a single train of thought. Awareness felt supported, and with fewer mental distractions. Vocabulary. The best way I can explain it – expressing myself became more fluid. (My usual wittiness went up a notch. ) Thanks again for the opportunity! Kudos for a solid formula that works! Regards – Lincoln B.

Key Ingredients In Optimal Focus

  • Citicoline (CDP-choline): Building block for acetylcholine production
  • Alpha GPC: Bioactive form of choline that supports cell membrane function and acetylcholine formation
  • Huperzine: Powerful inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase. In other words, huperzine slows down the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine (ACh).
  • Uridine: Supports neuronal cell function via membrane synthesis and healthy choline levels.
  • American Ginseng: Supports increased synaptosomal choline uptake, expression of choline acetyltransferase and stimulation of ACh release, stimulates ACh synthesis enzymes
  • DHA: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an omega-3 fatty acid, derived from algae which supports neuronal membrane synthesis and repair, neuronal cell function, and healthy choline levels
  • BacoMind®: Bacopa monnieri extract is a neural tonic that supports a healthy memory. It also supports the synthesis of acetylcholine through Acetyltransferase activation

Why Optimal Focus Works

Our body has a high requirement for choline. This means you have to eat a lot of it. Choline is found in a wide variety of foods such as meat, eggs, beans, grains, and some vegetables. Since the highest sources of choline originate from animals, vegetarians and vegans are commonly choline deficient. Another demographic at risk of deficiency are the elderly. The ability for the brain to absorb choline decreases significantly as you age.

Choline is needed everywhere, and all the time, in your body. Choline plays a major role in brain health and the nervous system. It is essential for regulating mood, muscle control, and memory.

When choline levels are deficient, neurons die. What are neurons? They are incredibly important information messengers located in the brain. Neurons die in an attempt to replenish choline levels. Essentially, neurons sacrifice their cell membranes (which contain choline) through a process called auto cannibalism. This is definitely not good for memory, learning, attention or focus.

You don’t want this happening in your brain.

Supplementation with Alpha GPC increases brain choline levels, enhances acetylcholine synthesis and release, and supports the health of precious brain cell membranes. Optimal Focus contains AlphaSize® Alpha GPC, a researched form of choline that is quickly absorbed and incorporated into brain cell membranes within 24 hours. As a result, the memory support effects are fast and tangible.

Citicoline is one of the most widely used ingredients for cognitive health in the world. This heavily researched ingredient has over 95 human clinical trials. By providing the brain with citicoline, neuronal cell membranes are replenished.

Uridine and DHA further enhance the beneficial effects of Alphasize GPC and citicoline.

These four key nutrients support a higher rate of healthy synapse formation. What’s a synapse? A synapse is what neurons (ie. information messengers) use to communicate with one another in the brain. A higher rate of synapse formation provides you the ability to have frequent communication signals in the brain. Frequent communication strengthens neurons and may support learning and memory. This may also be why playing an instrument or learning a foreign language is useful for supporting memory and learning.

DHA supports the structure of phosphatidylcholine. The DHA in Optimal Focus is sourced from high DHA algae. Since the DHA is from algae, not fish, it is vegan and vegetarian friendly. Another bonus of DHA algae is that it is cleaner (ie. less heavy metals and less oxidation) than fish sourced DHA.

Acetylcholine is made within the neuron from acetyl CoA and choline by an enzyme called choline acetyltransferase. Pantothenic acid serves as the backbone for acetyl CoA. This reaction also requires magnesium as an enzymatic cofactor. Optimal Focus contains both magnesium and pantothenic acid.

Choline acetyltransferase activity is supported by compounds found in the incredible herbs of American ginseng and Bacopa. Supporting the activity of this enzyme may result in a higher production of acetylcholine. The neurocognitive benefits of ginseng are accredited to ginseng specific compounds called ginsenosides.

The American ginseng in Optimal Focus was chosen for its higher quantity of ginsenosides compared to other varieties. The Bacopa in Optimal Focus is called BacoMind®. This is the only Bacopa extract with human safety and clinical trials as well as the first to receive GRAS status. Optimal Focus uses the researched amount of BacoMind® that demonstrates clinical effect.

Once acetylcholine is made in the brain, it gets packaged into vesicles for later use. When needed, the vesicles release their packaged contents of acetylcholine into the synapse. A synapse is what neurons (ie. information messengers) use to communicate with one another in the brain. Once acetylcholine gets released into the synapse, it binds to cholinergic receptors. Acetylcholine binding to the receptor results in the neurocognitive effects of memory, learning, recall, concentration and focus.

But what if acetylcholine doesn’t bind to the receptor? You can have a lot of acetylcholine in your synapse, but if it doesn’t bind to the receptor, nothing happens. You will not experience healthy memory, learning, recall, concentration or focus.

There’s a potential problem. It’s common to have acetylcholine broken down in the synapse before it can bind to its receptor.

Within the synapse, there is an enzyme called acetylcholinesterase. This enzyme rapidly breaks down acetylcholine. As a result, less acetylcholine is available to bind to the acetylcholine receptors and, as a consequence, reduced beneficial effects occur.

There’s a solution. By slowing the breakdown of acetylcholine, more acetylcholine is available in the synapse. If you have more acetylcholine in the synapse, then more acetylcholine can bind to the receptor. Optimal Focus has two ingredients that do this very thing.

Huperzine A, a compound isolated from Chinese club moss, is a powerful, specific, and reversible inhibitor of the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine. This compound, along with BacoMind® works to support the acetylcholine binding to receptors. Yes, you got it. Optimal Focus has both Huperzine A and BacoMind®.

Optimal Focus is designed with synergy in mind. The action of each ingredient supports the action of another. In doing so, they support the health of your entire acetylcholine cycle and the neurons that make it - and use it.

Try Optimal Focus risk-free for 60 days today! You deserve healthy brain function, without the crash, and optimal brain health at all stages of your life.

How to Use Optimal Focus

Suggested Use

Initial use, take 1 capsule with or without food. Take with food if you have a sensitive stomach. Increase to 3 capsules once a day only if needing more support. Take up to 5 days consecutively, stop for 3 days. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Do not use it if you are currently taking medication for ADHD or if you are pregnant. Children should consult their healthcare professional prior to use. Do not use it if tamper seal is damaged.

Cautions

If a foggy head is experienced, then stop using Optimal Focus. Acetylcholine is a calming neurotransmitter and your brain is likely too calm. You likely need a more stimulating type of nutrient combination. Active B12 with L-5-MTHF Lozenges provide two nutrients which are known to support sympathetic neurotransmitters like dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine.

If nausea is experienced, be sure to take it with food. Acetylcholine is one of many neurotransmitters that is physiologically associated with nausea and vomiting. If taking with food still doesn’t resolve the nausea, consider reducing your dosage by half. If you were taking 1 capsule, consider ½ capsule (open and put on a bite of food). If taking 2 capsules, reduce to 1 capsule. If taking 3 capsules, consider reducing to 1 capsule.

Optimal Focus may cause headaches in some people. Use only 1 capsule to start and, if benefits are experienced with only 1 capsule, continue with this amount. Do not take 2 or 3 capsules. If you experience headaches with Optimal Focus avoid caffeine. Caffeine and acetylcholine are both natural vasoconstrictors in the brain . Headaches have many contributing causes. You may have a dirty NOS3 or a Fast MAOA (as discussed in the book, Dirty Genes. Please read those chapters to learn how to clean up your NOS3 and Fast MAOA genes. Headaches from taking Optimal Focus may also be supported with Serotonin Nutrients (supports a Fast MAOA) or PQQ Lozenge or Hydroxo B12 with Folinic Acid Lozenges (supports NOS3).

What to expect from Optimal Focus?

After swallowing 1-3 capsules of Optimal Focus, expect to feel a growing effect within the first 10 minutes. This effect may feel like a healthy sense of clarity or focus. The effect is mild at first and continuously amplifies over time and peaks about 30 minutes in. Then, at about an hour to 90 minutes in, you may feel a second wave of healthy clarity and focus. It hits you and then evens out. The effects of Optimal Focus appear to last an average of about 6 to 8 hours with a very mild effect lasting until the following day.

Typically, there is no change in mood, digestion, or energy levels. Optimal Focus is not stimulating. In fact, it's more calming. The phrase of 'I'm feeling calm, cool and collected' comes to mind.

If one is already quite calm and they use Optimal Focus, they may experience an additional sense of calm which may lead to low mood. If low mood is experienced a few days, or some extended period of time, after using taking Optimal Focus , consider supporting a healthy mood with Serotonin Nutrients.

Research shows that low mood may occur if the levels of acetylcholine are greater than the levels of serotonin. By using Serotonin Nutrients and Optimal Focus, you are supporting a healthier ratio of the two. Use Serotonin Nutrients only when experiencing a low mood and wanting to support a positive mood.

If low mood is experienced right away with Optimal Focus, then it likely is not the right supplement for you. You may need Active B12 with L-5-MTHF or Hydroxo B12 with Folinic Acid instead.

If you want a smoother effect from Optimal Focus, consider taking 1 capsule of Phosphatidyl Serine. For those who like the feeling that Optimal Focus provides by itself, there is no need for Phosphatidyl Serine. For those who think that Optimal Focus is too intense, then using Phosphatidyl Serine is recommended along with making sure you're using a lower amount of Optimal Focus.

Remember, the suggested use of 3 capsules is just recommended. You may find that 1 capsule works very well for you.

How to use Optimal Focus?

Take 1 to 3 capsules with food in the morning or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Dr. Lynch suggests starting with 1 capsule. See how you respond. The next day, you may still feel the beneficial effects. If you do, skip a day. The following day, consider 2 capsules. See how you feel. Does 2 capsules feel better than 1 or was 1 better for you? The next day, you may still feel the beneficial effects. Skip a day. The following day, consider a full serving size of 3 capsules. Only do the full 3 capsule serving size if you feel that 1 or 2 capsules is not supporting your healthy levels of focus. Some days you may find that 1 capsule works perfectly for you and other days you may find you need the full 3 capsule serving size.

For light work or studying, you may find that 1 capsule works well for you. On days when you are writing all day long or studying hard for an exam, or taking tests all day, you may find that 3 capsules at once works best, or you may find that taking 1 capsule every few hours works best.

On days you are resting and relaxing, do not take Optimal Focus unless advised by your healthcare professional. It's good to take breaks and pauses with nootropics

Take Optimal Focus only when needing to support healthy focus, memory and cognition. If you are feeling great in these areas, do not take. This is an opportunity to implement the Pulse Method.

Taking small breaks is beneficial. Consider 5 days on and 2 days off or use as directed by your healthcare professional.

    really works!

I have tried quite a few products to help with memory and focus, but this one by far has been the most helpful. It is no wonder it frequently is out of stock. I don't ever want to be without it!
