    Putting 21st century life in perspective

    After I read Dr. Lynch’s Dirty Genes I came to

    realize that many things I had been taught in nutrition school were actually based in fact and not conjecture.

    Sadly this message is not as prescient to more people. Your choices during the course of your lifetime are determining the trajectory of mental and physical wellbeing.

    By eating the foods that nurture your body and limiting the food like substances that are endlessly marketed to us , your ability to restore and maintain health is greatly enhanced.!!Give it an honest consistent effort and reap the rewards.
