    So happy I found this!

    I recently did a function health test and found out that my ALT (Alanine Transaminase) is slightly elevated. I was so relieved when I found this knowing that it will aid detoxification so my liver doesn’t have to work so hard. My next test is in 4 months and hopefully then the levels will be lower!
