How to Use Liver Nutrients
Take 1 capsule after dinner to give your liver targeted support during its natural overnight repair and detoxification cycle. Taking it with or after your evening meal ensures optimal absorption of the fat-soluble ingredients—particularly the Siliphos® phytosomal milk thistle, which requires some dietary fat for best results.†
This formula is designed for daily, ongoing support—not harsh detoxification. Unlike aggressive liver cleanses that can overwhelm your system and cause uncomfortable side effects, Liver Nutrients provides nourishing support that works with your liver's natural processes.†
Who Can Use Liver Nutrients
Liver Nutrients is suitable for adults, children ages 4 and up, and breastfeeding women. This product is not recommended during pregnancy. If you are allergic to ragweed or related plants, consult with your healthcare professional before use, as this formula contains milk thistle.†
About Our Clinical-Strength Siliphos®
Dr. Lynch significantly upgraded this formula. We replaced 250 mg of standard milk thistle extract (80% silymarin) with 160 mg of Siliphos® silybin phytosome from Indena—the clinical dosage shown in research to support healthy liver function.†
Here's why this matters: Standard milk thistle is notoriously poorly absorbed, with only about 2% of the active silybin reaching your bloodstream. Siliphos® complexes silybin with phosphatidylcholine, resulting in up to 10 times greater bioavailability than conventional silymarin extracts.¹†
The math: To match the absorption of just 1 capsule of our new formula, you'd need approximately 6-7 capsules of the old formula. That's a dramatic improvement in what actually reaches your liver.
We also increased Alpha-Lipoic Acid from 75 mg to 100 mg—a 33% boost in this critical nutrient that acts as an antioxidant and supports healthy glutathione levels and fat metabolism.†
Same capsule count. Far more liver support.†
Comprehensive Liver Support with Complementary Products
Your liver doesn't work in isolation. For complete liver and detoxification support, consider adding these complementary products:
Bile Nutrients supports healthy bile production and flow—which is essential for complete liver detoxification. Here's why: after your liver processes toxins through Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification, those conjugated toxins must exit your body through bile. If bile flow is sluggish or insufficient, toxins can be reabsorbed back into your system rather than eliminated. Research shows that healthy bile production is fundamental to the liver's ability to clear fat-soluble toxins, excess hormones, and metabolic waste.⁴ Bile also supports the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, and maintains healthy bowel motility.⁵ Take 2 capsules before dinner for the first 3 days, then increase to 4 capsules in divided doses before lunch and dinner.†
Glutathione with Cofactors Lozenges provides direct glutathione support that complements the glutathione production promoted by Liver Nutrients. While NAC and alpha-lipoic acid in Liver Nutrients support your body's natural glutathione synthesis, supplementing with glutathione directly can provide additional antioxidant capacity for your liver cells. Research shows glutathione plays crucial roles in both the detoxification and antioxidant systems of liver cells—particularly in the normal neutralizing reactive metabolites generated during Phase 1 detoxification.⁶ Studies demonstrate that glutathione administration supports healthy liver enzyme levels and oxidative stress markers in those with liver concerns.⁷ Take 1 lozenge daily, allowing it to dissolve in your mouth for optimal absorption.†
Together, Liver Nutrients, Bile Nutrients, and Glutathione with Cofactors create a comprehensive system: Liver Nutrients supports the enzyme pathways that process toxins, Glutathione supports the antioxidant protection your liver cells need during detoxification, and Bile Nutrients ensures those processed toxins actually leave your body through healthy elimination.†
