Seeking Health Liposomal Vitamin C Plus
I've been trying Seeking Health's Liposomal Vitamin C Plus, and while I appreciate the focus on absorption, I've realized that I don't particularly like this liposomal liquid form of vitamin C. It's effective, and the enhanced absorption seems to give my immune system and energy a real lift. However, the strong, somewhat artificial lemon taste is a significant drawback for me, and I find the liquid format less convenient than I'd prefer. My only other issue is the strong taste, which is a bit off-putting by itself. I've found that mixing it with juice makes it much more pleasant. I really wish Seeking Health offered a more natural form of vitamin C, perhaps a whole-food based capsule or a less processed powder with a simpler flavor profile. While it's an effective product, the format isn't ideal for my preferences.
