      Slow Comt Double MTHFR ( Made Me Aggitated and Spaced out)

      I think this is a great product. Unfortunately it's too strong for me. I have slow comt and double mthfr. My blood folate is really high like 16 normal is 4, but my b12 is low normal. I also have mild bipolar 2. It's been hard finding vitamins that dont make me amped. Even the b minus complex felt like 5 shots of expresso. Ben please make a multivitamin for people who have very sensitive to high b vitamins. But also keep the vitamins d, and all minerals. And use only hydroxocobalamin. I use source natural hydroxocobalamin and have never had a bad reaction. I found the multivitamin sensitive but did not like all the added stuff. Just looking for a straight multivitamin with all the basics that I can tolerate. With much lower doses. I live in bellingham and have been to the store multiple times since moving here 4 month's ago. Great staff. Thank you. ZARAKSIMMONS@YAHOO.COM

      Part of my husband's fertility supplement regimen

      I appreciate how well this supplement helps us cover our bases as a part of my husband's supplement regimen currently geared towards fertility support as well as overall wellness. No big specific concerns about his fertility, just wanting to optimize. 1 week into using this multivitamin and so far so good!
