Optimal Man™ is a comprehensive supplement for men.†
The key times in a man’s life that Optimal Man™ should be used:
- College Years: During this stage, young men often push their bodies to the limit—frequent late nights, intense physical activity, poor eating habits, and alcohol use can take a toll. However, Optimal Man™ is not recommended for student athletes, as it contains herbal ingredients that support healthy testosterone levels, which may not comply with athletic organization guidelines.
- Trying to Conceive: Men need preconception support just as much as women do.† Poor sperm quality can significantly reduce the chances of conception. Even if conception occurs, unhealthy sperm can increase the risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the developing baby.(2)
- Recurrent miscarriage: If a partner has experienced miscarriage, it’s important to consider sperm health.† Research shows that 50–75% of first-trimester miscarriages are associated with chromosomal abnormalities, many of which originate from the sperm. Sperm DNA fragmentation alone can double miscarriage risk.(3)
- Midlife and Beyond: Starting around age 30, testosterone levels begin to decline gradually. This process can be accelerated by factors such as obesity, environmental toxins (like plastics and pesticides), heavy metals, and air pollution. Supporting hormone health during this time is key to maintaining vitality and long-term wellness.(4)†
Upon waking up in the morning, tune in to how you are feeling. If you’re feeling a bit sluggish and your brain is not working on all cylinders, take 2 capsules after your protein-based breakfast. Always have a protein based breakfast. Never start your day with just carbs or caffeine.
If you’re feeling good in the morning, it’s important you don’t take any. Why? If you feel good, and you take a capsule or two with breakfast, you may feel overstimulated, irritable and possibly even experience a headache. We don’t want you to over nourish your body. It can happen and does.
When the afternoon arrives, and you’re about to eat lunch, tune in to how you are feeling. Are you feeling a bit tired and burnt out, take 2 more capsules with your lunch. If you’re feeling pretty good but would like to support healthy energy, take just 1 capsule.†
Always take Optimal Man with a meal.. There’s a lot of nutrients in this formulation so support absorption by taking it with food.
Pay attention to how well you're able to fall asleep at night. If you fall asleep easily—great! If you find yourself wide awake or staring at the ceiling, try adjusting your routine. Take only 1 capsule instead of 2 with lunch, or take it a couple of hours earlier than you did prior. Finding the right timing and dose for your body can help you get the full benefits without impacting your rest.†
Drinking a glass of Optimal Electrolyte upon waking up in the morning is a wonderful way to start your day. Words cannot describe the feeling. It’s best experiencing it.
How I use this and other supportive supplements: I typically take 2 capsules of Optimal Man three days a week - usually every other day and then skip weekends. In the evening, after dinner, I typically use 2 capsules of Testosterone Nutrients. I find that the combination of Optimal Man during the day (after breakfast only) and Testosterone Nutrients during the evening (after dinner only), really supports me.† Additionally, I’ll take 1 capsule of Fish Oil, 1 capsule of ProBiota Bifidobacterium or ProBiota HistaminX.
Perhaps TMI yet an extremely helpful indicator of healthy testosterone is this:
If a man wakes up in the early morning hours with an erection.(1)
This is because testosterone levels peak in the early morning hours. If a man is not waking up with what they call ‘morning wood’, then this is a sign they should support healthy testosterone levels with Optimal Man and likely Testosterone Nutrients.†
Can women use Optimal Man? Yes. There are some days when my wife, Nadia, says as she’s walking over to our supplement drawer, “I feel I need to ‘man up’ today.” She takes 2 capsules of Optimal Man quite rarely. She states she enjoys how it supports her healthy mood, energy and motivation. Women need healthy testosterone levels as well and Optimal Man supports this in a gentle manner.†
Women ask me, “When are you making a multivitamin called Optimal Woman?” That’s a very good question. For now, if you’re peri- or post-menopausal, experiencing a need for a healthy mood, healthy energy and healthy motivation, then Optimal Man is something you may benefit from.†
