Start out by taking ¼ to ½ a chewable of Multivitamin One after your breakfast. This way you can feel how this amount supports you. It’s better to err on the low end vs taking too much. It’s easy to take more but once you take ‘too much’, there’s only time to pass until you feel calm once again.

Taking multivitamins should be done when you feel there is a need. Do not take them on a daily basis.

For instance, if you wake up feeling refreshed, in a good mood and energized after a great breakfast, do not take a multivitamin.

Do take a multivitamin if you know your day is going to be mentally or physically demanding. This way you are nutritionally supported with a strong foundation.†

Always take your multivitamins after a full meal - not just a snack. The trace minerals need food for absorption. I typically supplement with a multivitamin 3-5 days a week.

    I thought I'd get into chewable multivitamins I guess it's not for me. I never remembered to take them and I don't love the taste.

    Kid tested, mother approved!

    Finally a multivitamin that is high in quality and passes the kid test...they like the taste and it doesn't hurt their bellies afterwards either! Win win!
