    Easy to take & remember

    I like that it's only one pill! I take it and don't have to worry about it again. It is kind of odd it states to take it after dinner.. I tend to like to take my probiotics earlier in the day. I'll def be ordering these again!

    I would buy again

    I've been taking probiotics for years and take very good ones from reputable companies, I tried this product when a BOGO was offered and I have to say, they seemed to work great and at a better price point. I've suffered from IBS for years and these did not interfere with or change what I've had to do to make my daily routine work. I trust the product Seeking Health puts out. Great stuff, thanks!

    Good product everything that seeking health has come up with has been a great ! I know where it starts a new item. I usually do it daily for about two weeks and then I’ll pulse afterwards.
