I love that this multi does not have B12 or folate since I can only tolerate specific forms occasionally. This may be the only multi available for me! Also no copper (mine is often high) and no iron, so I can take these separately as needed. I couldn’t recommend this product more. †~Cyndi K.

I like it, it doesn’t upset my stomach. But I still need a tiny bit of b12 for energy; but b12 causes excruciating abdominal pain. I tried your energy nutrients, but they didn’t help.
