A few lifestyle tips for healthy joints:

  • Consider going gluten-free for 14 days
  • Consider going cow dairy-free for 14 days
  • Use your joints. Don’t let them be idle. Idle joints become stiff and this further compromises blood flow.
  • Sauna.
  • Do yoga or stretch (easy for me to say as I used to do both now I don’t do either)
  • Evaluate your gait. Go to a running shoe store. Have them evaluate your gait and get you the right shoes.
  • Consider an epsom salt float tank facility. They are amazing.
  • Support healthy insulin levels. Start your day with protein. Don’t snack so much. Stop eating a few hours before bed. Limit carbs and alcohol intake. High insulin is inflammatory.
  • Hydrate. Daily. This requires electrolytes, not just water.
