Ben Lynch, ND
I enjoy researching and discovering ways to resolve complex health problems. When not researching, you’ll find me spending time with my wife, Nadia, and three boys, Tasman, Mathew and Theo. We’re big into soccer, being outside, any type of water activity and traveling. Key travel highlights include working with Mother Teresa in Calcutta, sailing from Australia to Indonesia and working as a jackaroo on a 1.5 million acre cattle station in Outback Australia.
I enjoy hitting the Bellingham trails with my wife Samira, Ryder our newborn son, and his four-legged big brother Stanley the Boxer. The local golf courses, hockey rink, and wellness facilities provide attractive options to keep our commitment to Optimizing Life intact in the beautiful Northwest. Our family are full time “Seekers” incorporating various Seeking Health products such as Optimal Prenatal in our smoothies, Optimal Electrolytes before and during a work-out, and the chewable Optimal Multivitamin to get the morning going.
Director of Education
I began my interest in Nutritional Sciences at the age of 10 when my family doctor taught me about using foods as medicine. Since then, I have attained both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Bastyr University, become a certified Institute for Functional Medicine practitioner, been a faculty member at IFM, been in clinical practice for over 15 years, mentored practitioners in online programs and in-person at multiple clinics, and co-authored 3 books including The Elimination Diet. When I am not working as the Director of Education at Seeking Health, I love to skateboard and hike with my children.
I am proud to work for a company that prioritizes health and wellness and is constantly innovating in that field. After working in the fitness world for six years, it was an easy transition to Seeking Health. I grew up in Arizona and moved to Bellingham to attend Western Washington University, graduating with a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, exploring the world, reading, practicing yoga, and eating just about everything! I love to try new things and explore new places. My favorite Seeking Health supplement is the Histamine Block.
Outside of the office I’m a mom of 2 amazing boys. We enjoy going on adventures of all kinds and make full use of the beautiful environment we live in. I supplement my family life with creating art, gardening, and horseback riding. Being a part of the Seeking Health team has been priceless for me in so many ways, topmost being the whole health/life balance that is supported. Some favorites we utilize to optimize our vitality are the Optimal Prenatal Chewable, Optimal Adrenal, and Vitamin D3 + K2.
I am grateful to work for a company that focuses on health and impacting lives. I am passionate about helping and connecting others, building relationships, and love guiding and working with our Affiliate partners. I love adventuring and feel true happiness when I’m out in nature. I can be found hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains or kayaking on the water, and am always chasing after the next sunset. Taking Optimal Electrolytes and Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C are some of my favorite Seeking Health products I take to keep me healthy, energized, and ready for more adventures!
Optimizing Lives Program Coordinator
With a degree in Visual Communications I look at the world in a beautiful artistic light and understudies in Geology I tend towards scientific facts to make sound decisions. Always seeking knowledge and adventure, I happen upon new thrilling experiences often. Living life energetically is my intention. Staying healthy is a main goal so when I am not working I can be found in the mountains on a board, bike or my own two feet. Nature is calling and I must answer! The Optimal Iron and Liposomal Vitamin C are some of Seeking Health supplements I take to help me feel vibrant and energetic!

I’m thrilled to work for a company where optimizing health is at the forefront of everything we do. As a Certified Nutrition Specialist® clinician and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner®, I’ve used Seeking Health supplements and promoted them to my clients for years. To now work for the company I have long admired is a dream come true! As Editor in Chief, I get to indulge my passion for biochemistry and genetics by writing our weekly newsletters, blogs, and much of the content you see on our website. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and nature in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I feel so blessed to live.
QA & Regulatory Manager
I am thrilled to be working for a company where health, innovation, positivity, and collaboration are valued. After 18 years away from the Pacific Northwest, I am finally back home in Bellingham, WA where my husband and I were both born and raised. We are overjoyed to be raising our daughter in this awesome place. As a former collegiate track and field coach, running is still my stress relief method of choice. I also enjoy speed skating, cooking, traveling and reading.
Product Education Specialist
I am a graduate of Western Washington University with a BS in Psychology. I enjoy spending time with my friends in the mountains, water and artsy downtown of Bellingham, WA. One of my biggest passions is full body health. I fell in love with strength and wellness after learning of its importance in my own life. My hobbies are singing, art, acting, cooking healthy meals and yoga.
I’m a Navy Veteran with a career in customer service, and inventory management. I truly love working at Seeking Health because of their commitment to healthy lifestyles, giving back to the community, and work-life balance. When I’m not at work, I enjoy riding motorcycles with my wife and friends. I also spend my fall nights as a high school football official. But our favorite pastime is spending as much time as possible with 2 of the most adorable grandkids ever.
QC Assistant/Fulfillment Specialist
Outside of working for this amazing company you can find me first enjoying time with my beautiful wife and daughter. We attend Redeemer Church in Bellingham WA and truly love the community in this city. My Kinesiology degree from WWU has opened my eyes to how amazing the body is and how important our health is in all functions of life. My family and I enjoy working in our organic garden, strength training, and adventuring the incredibly beautiful Pacific Northwest through hiking, camping and hunting.
I first joined the Seeking Health team in 2017, and it is a pleasure to work with a team that is so driven to positively impact lives. As someone who personally understands the struggles of finding proper health and wellness solutions in a busy world, I love being able to help provide supportive education. As Graphic Designer, it's my role to convert our team’s hard work and research into visual, digestible material to better serve your health journey. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy traveling, snowboarding, and studying new languages and cultures.
I come from a family of artists that focused on the importance on living a balanced life. I am so thankful to be a part of a company that wants to promote that same healthy lifestyle. When I’m not at Seeking Health you can find me jumping on the trampoline with my 3 kids or helping my husband work on our little stretch of property by the beach. We love the Histamine Block and especially the Vitamin D drops. My children line up like little birds in the morning to get their drops during the dark months here in the PNW! We love riding bikes, surfing, swimming and watching movies.
"I bought the Niacin in the 50mg capsule form for several reasons. I always learn so much from Seeking Health's site and appreciate the articles and helpful directions to listen to from Dr. Ben. I also have to add that I do not worry about ordering from Seeking Health as their customer service is top notch with wanting one to be happy with their order."
