    Has helped me immensely

    This product is fantastic and I’ve referred numerous people to it. It’s helped me so much with my ‘motherhood overwhelm’.. when I start to get super anxious about all the tasks stacking up and the kids being loud and I’m just overstimulated, it’s wonderful. I also started taking before bed and really helped to calm my cortisol at night. I was used to waking up multiple times/night with my youngest and once he finally started sleeping through the night, I’d still get these rushes of adrenaline, feeling like my body was trying to stay alert. But, the lithium helped so much! I have this on subscription!

    It works!

    Lithium Orotate

    I take it before bed and also gave it to my daughter. I fall asleep quite quickly after taking it . My daughter said it helps calm her down. Just amazing product.
