    not sure

    I have used a bottle of PPQ and haven't noticed any difference in my energy production whatsoever. not sure what to say about it. maybe one bottle isn't enough to see any difference. or maybe one pill isn't capable of fixing bigger issue.

    It depends on what is going on.

    You're correct in that perhaps it is not sufficient to do a bigger job.

    There may be another formulation that is better suited for you. I'm not sure what you're trying to improve.
