    Tremendous difference!

    I've tried so many different probiotics over the years, especially during my last pregnancy, and found they would make me feel awful (histamine?) and wouldn’t provide support any of the symptoms I was experiencing. I experienced a bacterial imbalance in my gut, that caused my skin to become very itchy, especially if I ate extra foods with yeast in them, and this is highly exasperated for me in pregnancy. I started this probiotic in hopes that this would be the one that could provide support for a healthy response to histamine, and I was not disappointed! Within a few days, I really felt supported, my skin felt great. I notice such wonderful effects from this probiotic, I don't ever want to be without it!
