    Terrible histamin reaction

    I really love Seeking health products (both me and my kids take serotonin nutrients and optimal focus which both helps tremendously) but this one created a horrible histamine reaction; face swollen and skin rash with flaking and heavy breathing. Be careful if you are sensitive as this really triggers.

    Customer Service at its best

    I have been diagnosed with MTHR Gene and was excited to take this B Complex. I do suffer from thyroid and have I am trying to change my lifestyle with exercise and the food I eat. I was very excited to try this B complex however, when I first took it, I had a allergic reaction that was brief. My face turned red and I felt very hot. It did go away. Seeking Health had reached out to me on this purchase and I replied back and they were quick to reply back to the problem. Which I changed the way I took the supplement and took it with food. That solved the problem. I felt valued and was very pleased. Seeking Health is now my go to with my supplements. I am taking what I need and I have new partner in my health journey.
