The Early Access Promotion is offered by Seeking Health LLC (“Seeking Health,” “we,” “us”). The discount applies to the product price only, not to taxes, shipping, or handling fees. By placing an order during the Early Access Promotion, you agree to these terms.

Orders must be placed and paid November 9, 12:00 a.m. PST to Nov 15, 11:59 p.m. PST. Orders placed outside these windows are not eligible, and we cannot apply the discount retroactively.

During Early Access, the discount is available only with the code we email to Rewards members. The code is not applied by any link. Enter it at checkout.

• Rewards members: You are eligible if you have a Seeking Health Rewards account. If you join Rewards during the Early Access promotion period, your code will be sent automatically after you sign up.
• The code is for Rewards members only. It is restricted to Rewards member accounts and may not be shared. Orders using the code from an ineligible account may be canceled or have the discount removed.
• One-time orders only. The Early Access code applies to one-time purchases only. Subscription orders are not eligible during Early Access.

2X points for Rewards members. Rewards members also earn double base points (the points earned per dollar spent) on orders placed during Rewards Early Access, Nov 9 to Nov 15, 2026. 

You must be logged in to your Seeking Health Rewards account to claim rewards. Points have no cash value and are subject to the Seeking Health Rewards Terms.

The 25% discount does not apply to:

• E-gift cards.
• Orders placed through wholesale or practitioner accounts. 
• Purchases through Amazon or any other third-party retailer or marketplace.
• Products purchased before the Early Access Period. 
• New and existing subscriptions. 
• Early Access Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount code, coupon, promotion, or offer, including new customer and welcome offers.

The Early Access Promotion is available on orders shipped to US and international 

No price adjustments on orders placed before or after the Early Access Period.

Free US Shipping on all orders, no minimum. International orders receive the 25% discount but pay standard international shipping. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing: Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. PST aim to ship the same business day. High volume during peak sale days may delay processing by up to 2 business days. US delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after shipping, and international transit times vary. If your order hasn’t shipped within 2 business days of the order date, we’ll email you a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Returns: Our standard Return Policy applies. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid, after the discount.

Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment, even after confirmation.

We may modify, extend, or end the Early Access Promotion at any time where permitted by law. Changes will be posted on this page and will not affect orders already placed. We may cancel orders or remove discounts for fraud, abuse, code misuse, or violation of these terms. Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or published.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
